Typical influencer lying; there's no chance someone as busy as Goggins is dedicating fourteen hours of wakefulness per week to flexibility. If he is, he's badly misusing his time by stretching in a way that isn't backed up with science or research. At some point it's not stretching and it's just meditative yoga, which is a different thing.
2.. 3 hours is medium for all body parts flexibility. You can do great workout in 30 minutes..but with stretching is another story
To help you understand I started yoga like 10 months ago and could barely make it like 10 15 minutes and the more flexible I became the easier and less painful it became so I can go an hour and half no problem now, so if he’s doing it every night he’s probably pretty limber and it’s not painful for him and actually honestly feels great. For someone who doesn’t stretch regularly two hours sounds miserable but if he’s as consistent as he says he is it’s probably no problem for him.

As someone who struggles with constant pain and tension, 2 hours is the sweet spot. 1 hour will alleviate but it doesn’t really matter because I’ll begin tightening up again by morning. By end of day, I’m in pain. It’s decreasing gradually over time but if I am going to be able to exercise without causing more pain and more damage, I need to stretch 2 hours daily. I just don’t like doing 2 hours every day. Sometimes I settle for less.

I commit to stretching on rest days and as needed basis. Like a quick stretch makes me feel less stiff especially in my back from a former injury in the lower area.

Goggins almost died at some point because of stiffness, circulatory issues. After that he went on a long stretching routine that he keeps doing to this day (less than before but still crazy long for average humans)

If you prioritize your flexibility, I can see an hour of straight stretching. Maaaaybe two hours if you only stretch once a week. When I train my splits, it takes me :20 mins of warning up before even attempting a split.
Sometimes I think David Goggins is full of sht. Like the average person doesn't even have enough sleep after a 9-5.
