This 10 minute low impact cardio workout includes a bit of dancing with various cardio and strength moves. We'll listen to Kurt Davies singing incredible music from the 50's, 60's and 70's. The beats per minute varies in this workout so it ranges from a gentle to beginner level workout.

  1. On July 26, 2022, I started working out with your videos. As of today, I have lost 35 lbs. I used Fitbit to record steps and intensity and I gradually added more frequency. Your workouts have helped me mentally, as well. The music is fun and I look forward to my exercising.

  7. Revisited this after the strength workout this morning. What beautiful music, a real happiness rush while moving. This is one shortie I can do while we're out of town for the next few days, since the movements are simple and I can follow on my tablet instead of the big TV 🙂

  9. I was looking for workout to share with friends who are just getting into workouts. This video appears great, but with one caveat – for the content creator, please don't say "if you are feeling lazy" that statement downgrades the workout, and the effort it takes for beginners to get started.
    Just that statement along at the intro makes me reluctant to share the video. People should be damn proud that they are getting up and moving!
