so most people fail this fitness test can you pass it you can't use your hands and you're going to go straight down into cross leg position from here you're going to get on your knees and keep the toes directly behind you and then you're going to pop into an Asian squat and from Asian squat you're going to stand up straight stabilize yourself with your core so most

  3. This is wrong, you are supposed to sit down and stand up. What you guys are doing is a expanded version that allows for support of the knees which is easier than the original one.

  5. I thought you couldn't use your knees for those test . But this is way easier

  6. Now do this without using your knees to pop into the asian squat

  7. You are failing it too, you should NOT go onto your knees, you have to get up without touching floor with your knees!

  8. I’ve been working out at home to build my strength,balance and hopefully flexibility. I was able to do this very easily and that made me happy. Getting up from the lotus position without using your hands is much harder but I can do it. I’ll be 68 this year and hoping to be able to take care of myself throughout my senior years. 🙏

  9. I thought I could do it, but I failed, lol. New challenge for 2025. Not just to do this, but getting in shape and eventually being able to do this.

  12. I’ve hardly worked out in my life. I’m over 30. I’m able to do this seem lessly

  16. I tried this and it was super easy

  17. Im 51 and about 20 more kgs than i should be and this is hard, it took me a few tries to do it.

  18. For added difficulty untie your shoes while performing this test

  20. I cant do this but then i could even do a resting squat the other day so I'll work on it.

  22. I think it's more on flexibility and some degree of lower body fitness. I have always been physically weaker than my average peers, but my flexibility is better than them. I am able to do this.
