here's some healthy high protein meal preparas for the week breakfast lunch dinner and snacks that are all weight loss friendly first baked blueberry oatmeal for breakfast I like to put together all the ingredients and then bake it in the same pan so that it's less dishes very very easy sweetened sour chicken for dinner this has 44 g of protein per servine and it's only about 400 calories it's one of my favorites right now actually so much flavor then smash chickpea sandwich wrap for lunch this one might seem kind of strange but it's actually something that I've been going back to for years cuz of really really is good and lastly protein hot chocolate for snacks I like to prep the powder mix and the milk in separate containers and that way it's super easy to put together on the day

I like the meal prep idea, but I want a variety don't want to eat the same meal for a week. So far I've stuck with a 1500 calorie per day and lost 10 lbs. I measure out the grams on a scale when I prepare the meals. I just got to get back to excercise. 😅

The moisture exchange in these meal preps is not good. Try using split containers it wrapping things in paper or parchment for baked goods. Or, mu favorite, restaurant style prep where you keep the separate food in separate containers and then assemble before eating. Keep your greens in a lettuce box. Like people make greek salad and tomatoes and cucumbers turn to soup 2 days out. Gross.
