1 Long English cucumbers, sliced
1 cup rotisserie chicken
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cherry tomatoes, diced in half
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
1 sprig green onion or dill
1/4 cup kalamata or black olives
1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
Creamy High Protein Dressing:
2 tbsp @ChosenFoods 100% pure avocado oil
1 tbsp @ChosenFoods avocado mayo
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sweetener or honey
Salt and pepper to taste

I've lost over 100 lbs and this is my favorite way to make a high protein Greek chicken salad I start off by slicing my English cucumber added my red onion cherry tomatoes bell peppers calamada Olive then I drizzled a little avocado oil I love the one from chosen Foods because it has a neutral taste and healthy fat to make this a full meal I added chicken cottage cheese Greek yogurt I used avocado mail that's actually made with 100% pure avocado oil some balsamic vinegar minced garlic a little Deon some salt and pepper and topped it with a little feta cheese then I gave it a good mix and guys look at this this is the creamiest Greek salad that's loaded with protein
