so today I want to talk about energy healing this thing this was really hard for me to believe in for the longest time this all started actually oddly enough with a viewer Natasha she has a YouTube channel which i will link right here she emailed me and said here is this guy charlie goldsmith he is a healer and he's being interviewed by John Edward I know how much you like John Edward you should check it out and you know I was skeptical but you know I respect the hell out of John Edward so I was like yeah okay I'll give this I'll give this a watch he was a facebook live interview John Edward did with Charlie and Charlie just comes across super authentic he does all of his healing for free he has a site he has two side businesses that he owns that make him all of his money so that he never has to charge for his healing so you can't say oh he's doing it for money and he was underground for ten years so you can't say he was doing it for attention like there's just really no argument you can say – like bad-mouthed this guy right and he's been tested by science he wants to work with doctors he wants to work in hospitals he comes across like an amazing dude and then he has a show on TLC called the healer I downloaded the first two episodes of the the show on iTunes to go watch on the way to the Arthur Findlay college I went to the Arthur Findlay College in the UK for a week-long course on platform mediumship which was awesome I will do a video about that whole experience later but I wanted to tell this story first and you'll see why so I go to Europe I get on the 11 hour flight to Europe and on the way there I watch two episodes of the healer right away I'm blown away in the second episode he helps a two-year-old with a genetic defect that his body uses up salt way too easily or too quickly and you just see the reaction this little kid has and you can't kids aren't this good of actors like this this there's no way the kid was acting you transform this little kid's life and I don't know I was sold I was sold I was like okay I don't know what I feel about energy heal healers in general but this Charlie guy he's like the real deal so okay I believe in it right so then I have this week-long course at the Arthur Findlay College for a platform mediumship which is basically mediumship on a stage my my tutor is Paul Jacobs and the very last day the very last activity that we did was a healing session I'm totally new to this right like I just came aware of energy healers like a week before right so I have no idea what to expect but Paul gets a it's up in front of the the group of all the students and with a few chairs out front and he has some students that are practicing to be healers and himself he's going to do healing on people if you want to get healing from him you can and I was like alright this is a great opportunity like I still don't know what I think about energy healers but I mean I know Charlie's legit but can Paul do it I don't know I didn't even know that but I'm like I'm not gonna pass up this opportunity right so I go and I sit down and he puts his hands above me right he's not even touching me and within a few seconds I started feeling like this electricity in my body my face muscles start twitching my head might the back of my scalp my ears are like twitching and moving and I get these little like jolts in my body if you would have hold a like electrical like something electrode pipe to my body and you'd see my face picture like twitching that's what started happening and I was like what the is this like I wasn't expecting this at all like I had gotten Reiki done on me earlier in the air and like I was like okay maybe I saw colors maybe I felt heat I don't know like it was it was still not enough to convince me that it was legit I'm not saying it's not legit I'm just saying what I had done I couldn't tell if I was imagining it or not so but when this experience happened no doubt in my mind I wasn't imagining it I had no idea this was even possible my body was reacting in ways that I didn't even know was possible oh my hands also got really really hot and clammy and sweaty when I was on the chair so I was only about three to five minutes at the end he like taps you on your soul soul good taps you on your shoulder yeah there you go and then you get up and go back to your seat so I went up I get back to my seat and I was like in shock I was like what the hell just happened my hands were still really hot and claiming and they were they were twitching my face was twitching the back of my head was twitching I just was twitching all over and the twitching lasted for a good hour to two hours after the healing but I kind of liked it because that's like I felt something like you can't deny what I loved about it I think is that you can't deny a physical reaction cannot deny that like with mediumship or with psychics you can like oh maybe lucky guess maybe they looked it up look at whatever I mean they don't the good ones they don't they're legit but in your mind your mind can like for my mind specifically can make all these excuses up right but when your body is literally twitching and you're doing all sorts of things that you didn't know your body could even do you can't you can't can deny it eventually my body stops twitching I go to bed and I end up going back to LA the next day I spend a couple weeks and it's just on my brain that I need to go back to the Arthur Findlay College I need to I feel like I'm missing a piece of the mediumship puzzle I want to go back for another week I'm not only thinking about healing at this point it's it's still it's still like this weird thing that happened but I think it's still in my mind like maybe it was a fluke it was a one-time deal well it happened again I don't know so I end up getting a really random good deal to fly back and go take another week-long course again another week-long course on mediumship but this one is more a little bit more varied like they have a physical mediumship and trance and trance healing so I go back and they had these volunteers that from the local church because it's run by the spiritualist Union which is basically in the UK there is a church it's kind of like being Catholic or Baptist or whatever it's a denomination I guess it's a religion that just believes in mediumship if you live in the UK this is common knowledge to you but in the u.s. not common knowledge but basically a spiritualist Church does mediumship and healing like as part of their church service so since the Arthur Findlay college is run by the spiritualist Union they have healers come in and offer to do healing for free or for donation so for five pounds he could go get healing so I was like okay doesn't my second day there I go I need to go see if this healing thing was you know a fluke or not so I go and I sit down next to this across from this guy his name is Bill super nice elderly man yeah really really sweet really nice and you know he talks me through what's gonna happen and I'm like okay cool I'm expecting at most the electricity feeling right so he does it he starts his his thing where he basically channels where they do is he basically channel spirit and you get you can heal people like you have spirit come in and come through you and they're just like the vessel for the energy so within seconds of him starting his healing I feel electricity again my face starts twitching and then the crazy thing is I just start crying and like my eyes are shut and it's just welling up with water and I just start just pouring out of my face right and I don't cry it's it's to the point where and I would go here's without ever shedding a tear and it got helping work kind of worried me because I was like that's not normal right I should cry from time to time I should have emotions and yeah it's got to the point where I worried and I would make jokes my friends that I was dead on the inside right so within seconds of this healing starting I just start crying I just just tears are flowing and I'm like like try no I'm trying to hold it back but I'm also knocks I'm like okay this is healing this is weird I'm gonna let whatever's gonna happen happen and so I just kind of go with it and crying right for the whole I don't know how long it takes I think 3 to 5 minutes somewhere around in there my body do his electrical shock thing I do the jolt thing the same thing that Paul Jacobs but now I'm crying so when the healing session ends I supposed to donate a 5 euro right or five five pounds so as I'm getting up I'm like wow that was intense like I need to give him more money so as I'm leaving I but I think I remember 10 or 20 more pounds in there and they're like no no no no no don't do that don't do that don't do that and I was like I'm like this changed me this did something you take my money and they're like okay just come back again later today for more healing because that's ridiculous you don't need to pay us more and I was like okay I'll come back later I leave I go you know have a cry and eventually I get better and it's you know subsides yeah so then I go in class and whenever I do a reading for someone a mediumship reading my face starts twitching again my eyes do this like flutter thing my face just kind of I like I do my face crunches up a lot right it looks like I have a tic and I'm like okay this is new this is interesting but I don't think too much of it I think maybe it's just residual from you know like Paul Jacobs when I did the other time it's still like lasted for another hour and a half so I still don't think it's like this permanent thing right I go back that that evening were in there you know to get this my second round of healing that I they made me come back for and I have this lady and she's super nice and she does the hands thing she puts her hands I she stands behind me puts her hands above me doesn't touch me put your hands on my shoulders and my face does the electrical shock think it my body does it my heart races again I don't cry this time thankfully but I'm just I'm just like being zapped right and you know that ends and I was like okay there's something to this healing like I don't know what it's actually healing but it's doing something and I like it because I I like I like that I can't deny you the feeling right for the rest of the week now anytime I do mediumship or I'm around a bunch of people and they're all in a while meditating whatever my face starts switching like the electrical shock feeling right and every day at some point I get emotional like I'm just doing random silly things and I will just start like tearing up and I was like whoa that's crazy like I went from years of never crying to now being emotional every day for like the whole rest of that thing was like five more days and you know it was interesting I'm like okay that's it I could break through of some kind something happened and the very last day in our class we practice giving healing to someone else and practice giving energy healing and all you do is you know you close your eyes we call getting in the power which is you imagine light coming from the floor through your feet up through your head to you know the heavens that's beaming the power and kind of hold that feeling of that feeling of a power going through you and then you set the intention that okay I want to be a channel for healing energy and then you just put your hands out and you just kind of do your thing so in class that's all we're told to do you keep it very simple it's just a thought as Sharon my teacher would say it's only a thought so I was like okay I'm gonna be a channel for healing energy for this lady in my class that I you know had never done this before and I do it and my face twitches while I do it I don't feel anything from my hands I don't feel like I'm really doing anything so that my face twitches and I'm like oh I hope she can feel this because that would be awesome and then afterwards we talked to her and she was like oh yeah I could definitely feel it like it could feel this heat rating off radiating off of you and she goes I just felt this intense like calm relaxation go over me and she was I just felt so incredibly peaceful and relaxed and I was like huh that's so interesting the next exercise we did is we got in a group I think it was six people and we're going to send healing across to us someone sitting in a chair sitting across from us and so we're not touching or not even near each other and you do the same thing gonna be a channel for healing energy and while I did was imagine the energy but first you get into power right getting the power set the intention I'm gonna send healing and then I just kind of imagine that I was this channel of energy I just imagined energy coming from here and going out that way right and so I just did that and I was just vibing the whole time where I'm just like act that sort of thing I wasn't making that noise but you know that's just the kind of the feeling I was getting it's like that I don't know how to describe it other than this like twitchy so then I'm just giving this healing right and I'm just like I hope she feels this because I'm feeling it right and you know after it ends the lady across the the circle that I was giving healing to is just crying and I was like oh wow that's interesting and then I talked to her afterwards and she was like that was the most intense feeling I've ever felt and that made me start to cry like again like I'm being emotional and and I'm still like but could I really do this am I really capable of doing this this kind of like it's like a superpower again like people aren't gonna believe me if I'm becoming a medium now becoming a healer I calm down but she just was like I need to hug you like that was great you have no idea what you did to me and she just gave me a hug she cooks she starts to hug me again I just start crying and the rest of the night we go to dinner we do some other things that we hang out and at dinner my face is still twitching still vibing right and I go back up to my room afterwards I'm still twitching my face is still twitching so it would happen now if I'm just around people that are doing this sort of stuff I start twitching so now it's like this barometer if I'm around other mediums that are you know in in the zone that I start I can feel their energy so the next day I go down for breakfast and I see the lady that I built and I was like okay I need to see if maybe it was just kind of like in the moment things I talked to her and I go so like can you actually feel a difference today and she goes oh yes you have no idea what you did for me I've never felt that and again I started tearing up right I started crying and I don't cry I tear up and you know I'm like wow that's that's insane so the week the weekends you know that was the last day second-to-last day and I come back to LA and I am just messaging anyone that will listen to me that hey I wouldn't try this healing thing right please let me try it on you and you know I just do it over text or I do it over a facebook Messenger and I'm just like hey all I need for you to do is just find someplace you're not gonna be you're gonna be alone or you're not gonna be disturbed for five minutes I just want you to sit close your eyes to put yourself in kind of a relaxed state I'm gonna do my thing and I'll let you know when it's done and so I you know I I do it and what I would what I all I do is again I just imagine being in the power light going through me set the intention let me heal this person they send healing energy be a channel for healing energy and then I close my eyes as soon as I close my eyes I start doing them on my face return electricity thing I sure doing all sorts of stuff with my face and my body and it slowly just dies down and usually write it like the five minute mark right about I won't be twitching anymore so I'll just say okay I'll text them and I'll say okay I'm done did you feel anything and I've gotten such such interesting responses like I've had people say it felt like this really warm lava going through them like a like a really relaxing lava nobody else feels electricity so that's one thing nobody feels the electricity feeling that I feel but they say they get this really intense relaxed feeling usually someone says sometimes people get like a really bad memory but a memory that they haven't thought of in a long time will come back and kind of show itself to them and they'll kind of have to like okay process it so it's like a healing of a thought of our memory what's also cool is that people can tell when I'm done they can literally feel something happening in their body and then it'll stop happening and they'll go hmm I think he's done but I have one friend who like her finger she couldn't move she couldn't I think as her index finger she couldn't do this like it was a stuck and it's been stuck for months and she's gone to acupuncture she's gone to doctor she's gotten other sorts of medicine and she's like I can't I don't have feeling in it and I can't really move it so I've sent healing to her a few times and now she can move it and I think she still gets numbness certain way she sits but she was like I've never been able to regain motion in that finger and to me it's small but she's she thinks it's great and she like texted me today saying I can now crack pistachio nuts and I don't get frustrated like so I haven't like cured anything like chronic or whatever but I would love to try I mean there's no guarantee of anything obviously but all I really wanted to do is open this up and do it for as many people as I can and see where this you know takes me but I'm super excited about it and it's super intriguing and all I don't know how long I'll do this for so I just could open it up to anybody right now I don't know if is gonna be you know I guess I'll figure it out and we'll see what happens but yeah message me on think of that what you think of energy Ealing that's like a big thing that I just kind of threw and I just kind of discovered and kind of just yeah here it is so I don't know I stole I stole hundred percent believe in doctors I don't think doctors are bad I still think Western medicine is good but you got to try all available avenues you know it was I've done acupuncture and I think that works no I know I know that works acupuncture works so I think that I think what we need is a good mixture of Western medicine Eastern medicine energy healing anything and everything I don't think we should discount any one method we should be open to whatever gets results if it gets results let's do it so can't guarantee anything but if you're curious you want to try this out I'm curious I want to try is a big thing to kind of throw out there and you know I wanted to have enough experience under me before you know I went kind of public with it which I probably going public too soon anyways but I don't care if it helps people it helps people that's basically where I'm at so yeah stay curious and keep exploring is what I say you know cuz that's what I'm doing you should to cool stuff out there I blown away by how much I've changed in the past year and what I now believe in that I never thought possible so not only because that only is true because I've stayed curious and I've kept exploring
