hi and welcome back to another video for your soul evolution my name is Aaron and I help people to evolve spiritually into awaken to new perspectives today I wanted to share with you a simple yet very powerful healing technique that anyone can use at any time you do not have to be a Reiki Master some kind of enlightened healing guru this is something that is super easy and I'm going to show you how to do it right now so this is based off a study from the heart math Institute that has shown that the electromagnetic energy field around your heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of your head in your thoughts so you can combine these super powerful energy fields together to create an amazing healing energy that can be used on anyone at any time the person can be with you the person can be in another state the person can be in a hospital bed that they they can't move you can use this for a child you can use it on anyone so the first thing you want to do is set your intention as to what you're trying to do just say I intend died I intend to create a powerful healing energy to help my grandmother who's in the hospital I intend to create a powerful energy to help my child who's teething you can personalize it for whatever you are specifically trying to do once you have set that intention just begin to put an awareness around your heart space as soon as you start to bring an awareness to that heart space the electromagnetic energy but it begins to grow now I always use green because it's the heart chakra color you could really use any color that you want and you just want to imagine it just growing and growing and growing and growing and if the person who's ill is someone that you love it's especially easy to focus on some of those emotions that you have for that person that unconditional love that you have for them especially if it's your child your mother your grandmother your father just imagine totally just immerse yourself in that unconditional love that you have for that person and that will just increase the the energy so just imagine that growing and growing and growing until it's just all around you then you can just begin to imagine that energy going to that person if it's someone that is not with you you need to do this distantly you can just imagine sending that energy over to that person and that person just being consumed in that healing light just imagine that healing energy all around that person and also use your visualization to picture them in perfect health picture them back to completely normal if it's your child imagining them laughing and playing and everything they normally do if it's your grandmother imagine her just having a renewed vitality feeling energetic just imagine that person in the best state of being that you can possibly imagine and just continue to imagine that that healing energy around them now I would do this you don't have to get too crazy with it because like I say it's it's more about the intention as to what you're trying to do and that heart energy so you could probably do just five or ten minutes just to build those emotions and use your visualization to imagine them back in their perfect state of health after you've done about five to ten minutes just feel gratitude just feel gratitude that that person is back to themselves they're feeling good [Music] even if subconsciously you may not feel like that's the case just and don't try to block out those thoughts just observe them but just the best you can just have an overwhelming just sense of gratitude for that person's healing just imagine it's done and just don't question it maybe just in your head think of you know five or so things that you're grateful I'm grateful that person is now healed I'm grateful that that person is now feeling back to their old self I'm grateful that I have the heart energy and the unconditional love to send to this person to make a difference to them I'm grateful for my heart energy I'm grateful for my head energy I'm grateful that I am physically able to send that to this person just have a gratitude and an appreciation and then that's it that's all you have to do so this is great for somebody that is not even with you if they're in a hospital doesn't matter you can use this from anytime anywhere with it's completely free you're using your own amazing heart energy because you're an infinite multi-dimensional being and the power is always within you you are a creator you're an infinite being of light and you have the ability to heal yourself you have the ability to heal others it is all within you to do that tell yourself you're a healer because you are so I hope this video helps you if you know someone who would benefit from it please share it if you're watching this on youtube please make sure to LIKE and subscribe and until then I'll see you on the next video

When I do this, I sometimes start spontaneously crying. But I’m not loud or sobbing. It’s sort of just a stream of tears that pour out and I can’t control it. It doesn’t wrest me from the ether and it doesn’t interfere with my meditation. I can stay “locked in.” But it happens.
Is that good? Bad? Neither?
I’ve learned what’s called the art of universal balancing. It’s similar to Reiki.

My friend's mother died and her mother was like a mother to me too.We used ho'oponopono prayer gratitude affirmations but it did not help. Why? Also we did imagine that she was well. If it's so simple why can't you stop war, poverty or other negativities that prevail?

This is brilliant and it WORKS! My dad had an injury just over 2 weeks ago and broke his pelvis when he fell on his hip. When he was taken to hospital they found out he also had a kidney inflammation. So I kept sending healing energy to his kidneys. Of course they gave him treatment but after 5 days the inflammation was gone without any harm to his kidneys.🙂 Seems like a miracle.🤩 I've been sending him energy to his bruised hip last two days and the bruise has gone down significantly in the past two days. As being in hospital is very hard for him as it is his first time there and he'd never been seriously injured, I've just sent him energy to heal his 'head' to be able to cope with it better.
