hi I’m coach Tony Morgan and today’s video is on that ideal logic 13 and being car that’s a spoiler today and of course I’m excited to get in on heating and what she said she has to do to get heating hot water for long periods and then the heating will come on so I said to her then we’ll come out check it out won’t charge it because I’ve been at in before and it’s a repeat business customer so come out to find that problem is so I thought what a problem is and it was basically a user error but I’m gonna explain that this is very easy to do because some customers like in this case you can get aspect Asian of what the reality is wasn’t really what they’ve seen it while so I explained to her exactly what went on so that’s what we’re going to look at and hopefully it can help people like this customer and other people like pretend to it could be you don’t fall into this trap I was doing was switching to follow that on and off at the wall right and then expecting the blue light come on immediately okay when the blue light didn’t come on immediately I thought it wasn’t working so then switched the hot top on right and then so you’ve done this you turn it up on blue light came on when to quit it stopped running right and then you would leave it so what we’ll do just replay what you did so you’re on the top so that’s a tap warning and then you can see the gleason belong sort of pilot come on now that’s how you’ve got it yeah and you leave like that for a few minutes and then you stop it’s happen and the heat will come on that’s what you said yes so the customers expectation was that close be heat and in come on immediately and when she put the heat in on sure so miss wick shocker she said press that button and expect the blue light to come on immediately when cause it didn’t she’d run the hot water you would fire up for hot water then she calls her tap and then the boy would care enough for the heating and she did up basically a daily basis so our expectation was incorrect from reality so when I explained what the procedure was then now she knows what to do our expectation of realities now correct and she’s basically saved herself a car lot because of explains for what the problem is as an honest engineer I could have obviously been not honest and obviously some guys can take advantage of that situation so hopefully this short video on basically Cosmos expectation and reality are understanding your controls properly before we call anyone out it’s imperative all right so that’s gonna be on this video and hopefully that was useful so see you on the next video [Music]

This video makes no sense. What has been explained is nothing. Leave the boiler “on” on the switch fuse spur. Use Honeywell stat up & down to control your heating & hot water is on demand.

I'm having boiler problems at the minute it's telling me I have a 2.2 fault and when I reset it its not working and there's no steam coming outa the flu outside
