Hey Oliver, I had been capable of performing the advanced version of each exercise until my ACL sprain got far worse leading to sluggish performance that's why this year I have only been doing the beginner version. Any tips on how I can recover from such bad knee?
I feel like this needs to be said if your training for hypertrophy dont jump at the top of your squats and lunges take that extra energy and add weight jumping is beneficial for cardio though
