I love doing a workout
that will tone my entire body, but I often find, being a mum,
that it's hard to get to the gym because life and stuff
gets in the way. I've come up with a little workout,
using a couple of kettle bells, that can help me get
an all-over workout. It's just 10 exercises. And I'm going to do
three rounds of 10 reps. Are you ready? Let's do this. Start by having a little run
so your body is warm and then you're going to begin
with some thrusters. And you've got some single-arm pulls. And then we'll be doing
some raised-arm single-leg lunges. Following that with
some kettle bell swings and then we'll get down on the ground
and do some chest presses. Next, we have some sumo squats with a shoulder raise. And we'll follow that with
a shoulder press straight up in the air. And a lying dumbbell pullover. We'll follow it with
some tricep extensions. Finish off with some bicep curls. Make sure you only use kettle bells
that are easy for you to pick up. By being active with your kids, you show them that being fit
and active is important to you. So they might pick up a couple
of healthy habits of their own. If you don't have any kettle bells, did you see
our park bench workout also? Check out the Bupa Blue Room to see some more ideas of how to work out
with kids in tow. Thanks for watching. See you.
