4. Bicycle crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground. Twist your torso to bring your right elbow to your left knee while straightening your right leg. Repeat on the other side.

  9. If anyone here in 2025 looking to see if it works, it does. But not in how long it says it would show change. Change starts to show after a month or less for the weight loss. Waist and what not forms around the 5th week or less. Keep pushing, yall got this ♡

  10. I ASLO WANT TO DO IT.I did that previous year but on legs,and results were really good,so now curious to see what will be 4 that challenge.I will do it 3-4 times a week ,so don't ask me about it every day!🤍
