Today's home workout is all about getting a flat toned stomach. We are working into the abs. Also, the back. Which is really going to help with your posture. And will help you to create an hourglass figure. No equipment needed. You want to do this for 14 days in a row, if you can. It's just 10 minutes long. Let's do this. Starting off in a boat hold position, pulling those stomach muscles in nice and tight. Reach to the ankle and come back down. Spring is here! I got so excited, I wet my plants! Great. From there, come down onto the mat. Create a diamond shape with your hands. Put your hands underneath your lower back. From there, we're going to come down and open and close. Then flutter kick. Come up onto your knees. Going to work your back now. Slightly tilt forwards. Squeeze the shoulder blades together. Straighten, bend and lower. Now hold those arms straight, turn the
palms up and pump. Coming down, onto your stomach. We're going to repeat that, but this time, in a lying position. Squeeze the shoulder blades together. Lift up the upper body and pump. From here, coming up on to your forearms. We're now going to work into your lower abs and obliques. Hip dips. Straightening the arms out in front of
you. We're going to squeeze down, into the lats. Squeezing the shoulder blades together, then bringing the arms forwards. Come onto your back. We are finishing off with abs. Starting off with a set of dead bugs. Lifting the arms up. Hand to opposite shin. Spread the butt cheeks. Roll back. Hover your right leg. Pump. Now, crunch in and straighten your leg. Finish off with some pumps. Let's go. Good! Shake your hips out. We are going to repeat on the other side. Pump up. Core tight. Hands behind if you want to. Otherwise, place your hands in front of you. Crunch in. You can do it! Come on! Pump up, to finish off. So nearly there! We're gonna go back to
those lat pull-downs. Lying on your stomach. This is your last exercise. Face your palms up. Reverse hundreds. Come as high as you can. I have one favor to ask, and that is, hit subscribe!     Day 1: It was difficult but I got through it
    Day 2: Some exercises were a bit hardee
    Day 3: See some difference (might just be me), exercise was easier
    Day 4: On my period 🥲, still did it and survived but I’m a bit bloated so exercise should help

  6. Okay, normaly i dont comment on stuff but people might need it.

    I did it for 14 days (had pause for 2 days due to period but still) .
    I was 90kgs, went down to 87.

    I did change the way i eat, that being im a huge snacker but i stopped snacking on processed sweets/unhealthy snacks.

    Have 3 cooked meals per day and dessert consisting on fruits, and i worked out before dinner always.

    After the 2 weeks i started incorporating another workout, for when i didnt feel like going out (so i can get my 5000/6000 steps in).
    This workout i was doing just sometimes, when i wasnt going out, but i tried very much to go outside to get my steps count.

    So, yes you can lose weight in targeted areas with her 10 min workout, but you also have to change some things about your way around food/exercice.

    Ive been doing this workout now for more than a month(like everyday, but stopping when i get my period), and combined with the things i mentioned above im down to 82 kg, and my lower belly is finally how id like it ^^.

    Dont give up, if its too hard try the modified versions. Its worth it !

    Day 1: Feeling pretty good, I added some Russian twists, fire hydrants anddonkey kickbacks and into the workout

    Day 2- did the modifications but did it!
    Day 3- did it!
    Day 4- yes doing it with modifications tho !
    Day 5-sorry to say but I am stopping this exercise for some time, as i have very bad pain in lower abdomen idk I guess it didn't suit my body

  19. This video is super old but I’m going to have to lock in, my husband is on deployment for 3 months and I’m hoping I can lose a little weight.
    Currently I’m at 200LB
    Goal is at least 170LB

    First Wednesday (38.3IN) WEIGHT: 152LB
    1st day – ofc no change BUT I feel better & it was easy to do in some parts you just have to HOLD ON

    2nd day – woke up sore on my back, arms and stomach. Workout a little bit easier but some of the last ones you HAVE to hold on don’t give up!!

    3rd day – woke up less sore than yesterday & the workout w the legs is no joke it gets harder & harder for me.

    4th day – DONE some workouts def hurt more!!

    5th day – REST

    6th day – is GREAT to be back! Felt the one before the last like ALWAYS

    7th day – the last two workouts are always the harder for me and today is the first time where the rest of the workouts were so hard and the last too barely felt them!!😂

    2nd Wednesday – 38in

    9th – MISSED

    10th – MISSED

    11th – MISSED

    12th – a bit easier on all !

    14th – IT HURT 😂

    REPLACEMENT FOR DAYS IVE MISSED:

    Replacement 1: MEH didn’t feel it as much in adding weights on the arm workouts now

    Replacement 2: oh man.THIS was a WORKOUT. Didn’t stop , kept going and it felt right!!!😂

    Replacement 4: LAST DAY OH MY I FELT IT AGAIN!!!!
