this is my science-backed evidence-based skincare routine and it's actually really simple the first rule I have is to moisturize twice a day our skin acts as a barrier to the outside world keeping irritants and allergens out and locking in moisture using a moisturizer can rehydrate our skin and keep that Skin Barrier intact and I personally use the CeraVe moisturizer the second rule is to use sunscreen every day there is so much evidence that having sun on unprotected skin is really damaging causing premature aging and mutations in the skin potentially causing cancer a safe option is to never go below SPF 30 but I personally use the altruist sunscreen which is SPF 50. and then the third rule is to use a retinoid a retinoid is basically a miracle ingredient that helps with anti-aging preventing acne and generally helping make your skin look younger smoother and healthier I personally use one from dermatica and then the final rule is to use a cleanser which helps with removing oils and preventing spots and again the brand that I use for this is CeraVe I've got a much more in-depth video about exactly why this is the perfect skincare over on my YouTube channel so you can check that out if you feel like it

  1. All these mfers using all this shit and says it helps you look younger still look old af lmao don’t think using these products will be a miracle it depends on genetics. All you need is a moisturiser and cleanser

  2. I don't like to put chemicals on my skin

  3. What about oily skin care routine ?

  4. Wonderful video! Natural bathing soaps from Planet Ayurveda would make these tips even better

  5. Moisturize twice a day : CeraVe moisturizer
    – keeps skin barrier intakt
    Sunscreen daily : Altriuist Sunscreen
    – reduces aging and cancer (>=SPF30)
    Retinoid : Dermatica
    – miracle ingredient: anti aging, prevent akne, smoother, younger and healthier skin

    – reduces oils and spots

  6. Please delete that creepy AF wink clip.

  7. How about for people who go to the gym and sweat a lot? Wouldn't all those products just be wiped away with all the sweat?

  8. but they are extremely unaffordable for people in developing countries

  9. I am looking for the face care for the first time, can anyone please confirm if using these products have any side effects. Thank you!

  10. One of the best moisturizers I’ve ever come across is liettleextra riceberry face moisturizer. It is good quality, no extra greasiness, and the texture is very good. All the ingredients inside is so carefully measured that it finally makes your skin feel so fresh and moisturized. I think this is one of the best quality fragrance free face creams. It feels ultra-light. It’s fast-absorbing and works well under my makeup, mattifying my skin. I would advise everyone to use this moisturizer as a daily use moisturizer for better skin glow.

  11. Don't you get copyright using another creaters clips for your ads

  12. They don’t sell that cerave facial moisturizer where I live

  13. – Moisturize twice a day : CeraVe moisturizer
    – Sunscreen daily : Altriuist Sunscreen
    – Retinoid : Dermatica
    – Cleanser : CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser

  14. I started focusing on hydration and skin barrier, and my pimples literally feel like they heal better and faster.

First, I spray my own mixture of glycerine and water (2:1) on my face and let it partially dry.

Then I use a ceramide lotion with hyaluronic acid, and cholesterol.

Extra is a niacinamide cream for acne scars, and a sulfur spot treatment for active pimples.

Pretty satisfied with my cheap skincare after struggling for years.

  15. Still you could simplify

  16. PLEASE only use retinoids, if not perscribed by a derm, if ur 25+ bc young skin gets irritated by it, and please exfoliate 2-3 times a week bc u will need to exfoliate more but not too much

  17. This is such a slap to people who say "you don't need skincare"," you don't have to wash ur wash everyday", sunscreen causes cancer" when said by a dermatologist. Thank you for your time . Also you should add that teenagers shouldn't use retinioid until they r prescribed to them , or they have really bad acne or other skin conditions . And ALWAYS RESEARCH before going out and buying anything for your skin .So unless ur prescribed, or do ur research and confirm that retinoid is ok for you, don't use it . There are many actives that can help for different skin problems , go for only those you need eg – salicylic acid for acne , azelaic acid for acne scars etc .Also " too much of a good thingg , is too much of a good thing "- a quote by dr Shereen idriss who is a board certified derm , so don't go around putting stuff on ur face that it doesn't need . Retinoids r THE skingredient for people 25 or above .

  18. btw retinol isnt for anyone, if u are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 20 without acne u shouldn't use it

  19. Video editing is not good 👎

  20. Cleanser, Moisturizer, Sunscreen, Healthy diet, Hydration. That's all you need to do to get healthy looking skin.

  21. Sunscreen causes cancer. The sun cleanses your skin and makes your skin glow and appear younger. Sun doesnt cause cancer.

  22. Cerave is pure trash….#2…. Sunscreen (majority of them) is so bad for you.

  23. The way you speak and things you speak makes you look like a gay

  24. Like it. Simple no bs.

  25. Not worthy buying this face lotion . Horrible product .After applying this my skin felt too much greasy . Terrible product

  26. Just fyi, you dont need to buy expensive 'magical' upcharged retinoid. Your body makes this shit on its own from vitamin A, you can just include some high vitamin a foods in your diet. Cheap, easily put in several dishes and delicious ingredients are: eggs, sweet potatoes, carrots, red bell peppers, salmon, milk, fish. Also many fruits such as apricots, mango and cantilopes are rich however I only buy these fruits if they are in season or reduced pricing.

  27. 1) Don't have money to buy those.
    2) I don't think my mom would buy me those.

  28. Please share your hair management

  29. "I've watched this a hundred times!"

  30. Go to the gym
    Eat veggies
    Drink tons of water

Im constantly told I look way younger when I mention my age
