  1. Im super interested in that muscle melt body butter

  2. Getting ready for my younger cousin to have her first baby (she should not be having a child but whatcanyado) and I wanna make it as easy as possible for her to recover, a close friend of mine is also having her second child this summer so I have two ppl I really care about giving birth soon 😅 guess I should order some of those cooling pads and hit wallyworld for a bunch of diff pads w diff absorbency levels 🤙❤️

  3. Yep if you know you know..great idea…😊❤❤😊

  4. Were you get that storage box organizers

  5. due in 5-7 weeks i really needed this 😅

  6. I LOVE YOU}
I'm 6 months pregnant almost 7 and have noooo friends or sisters to guide.

  7. Earth mama perineal spray is best and smells so good!

Can someone explain the silver nipple pads please!? 🙏🏽 I dont get it

I dont think you need pads, disposable underwear AND adult diapers but kaybe thats just my experience. The disposable underwear with pafs at the beginning was all i needed then just the dispisable underwear then comfy underwear with pads according to flow 🤷🏽‍♀️

Also u know this is a dofferent experience in my end fornsure butbi didnt need nipple butter at all or anything other than a perineal bottle and the spray for down there. Depends on how much your tear. I didnt tear for my 2nd and 3rd and didnt need the spray or bottle at all.

Good to he prepared but FYI

  8. That Earth Mama nipple butter definitely has some combination that removes skin tags. I been thinking I had a mole on my nipple and gosh it’s was skin tag and came off after few weeks of use. Luckily I started using during 1st trimester so it came off before I could delivery and start nursing.

  9. So youre saying i needed to buy many more things, and im alredy at the due date of birth of my baby……….im at a loss of words

  10. Make sure you have all your needs as a mama. Buy yourself some cute lounge wear that is comfy and makes you happy, some lotion whatever might be. Postpartum is hard and don’t forget to be kind to yourself a happy mama is the most essential need.

  11. Does all this stuff also go in the delivery overnight bag? Or does the hospital provide some?

  12. Such a good idea having the trolley for easy access. Thank you for sharing ❤

  13. I'm sure I'm being silly. Why does this need to be in a cart? I'm not taking care of any of these things not in the bathroom. Why not have everything stored in the bathroom? You wouldn't use epsom salts in the living room for funsies.

  14. where’d you get your breast feeding bra?!!

  15. I've never seen any videos, until this one anyway, that use magnesium spray & arnica gel… Can someone tell me what those are used for by chance? TIA <3

  16. Thank you for these tips, that’s really helpful!

  17. I’m in my late 20’s as of 2025 and don’t have kids yet but I remember vividly when my mom gave birth to my younger brother when I was 6 years old. Although I’ll certainly take ALLLL of your suggestions, I can’t help but think how the heck did my mom do it because the lady had NONE of this so it makes me feel for her 🥺 even though this was over 20 years ago. My sister gave birth in 2021 and didn’t either. Maybe just the pads as I understand postpartum bleeding is real.

Less is more and I know we can all go without these things, clearly, but at least it’s nice knowing we have options out there to make postpartum more bearable.

  18. I wish someone would explain what each item is for 😢 I’ve never had a baby and want to know what to get when I do and how to use it

  19. I'm sorry you don't need all that stuff. Mom of 3 kiddos you really don't need all that stuff. I used witch hazel tucks I put in my kotex pads for episiotomy comfort and healing. Coconut oil for nipples I breast fed all 3 of my babies. Regular kotex along with hospital underwear they gave me several and they gave me a hose type peri rinse that my husband connected to the bathroom sink to use when I went to the bathroom. I had all 3 babies vaginal births with episiotomy with all 3 babies. So please young momma's you do not need all that stuff. Also, I pumped my breast milk for my husband to feed the baby at times. 😊

  20. What is for magnesium chlorine?? Can she explain what are these stuff for even

  21. Why do u need muscle melt and arnica?

  22. Doctor here genuinely confused about all the unnecessary items. Sitz bath, padsicles, zinc cream, paracetamol and pads pads pads is all we need. Good luck mamas!

  23. Nobody needs alllllll of these items. Pick and choose a few. Like 5 different creams, 5 different pad situations. This is like $500 worth of supplies.

If you’re going to show all these products maybe review what they do, how they were helpful. So overwhelming for a new mom.
Honestly I had overnight super maxi pads, postpartum underwear, spray bottle and that’s it. People swear by the Frida mom ice pads as you don’t need to be freezing pads they’re ready to go. Some people like witch hazel pads from tucks on their pads too.

Use Luke warm water never hot to clean. Pat your self dry, don’t wipe.

For nipples: if pumping make sure your flange size is correct for your nipple size. Start at lowest setting and work your way up. Pumping shouldn’t hurt your nipples.

Nipple pain: proper latch is key. Easier said than done. Took a month before I was able to exclusively BF my preemie. Nipple shields helped. Always always break baby’s mouth seal with your pinkie before pulling baby off and really get that nipple at the back of the throat. Lactation consultants can help. I ended up getting a special mixture for nipple cream from my doctor. It’s a special pharmacy mix and is put it on between feeds but you have to wipe off before feeding baby/pumping. It was so soothing. The key first and foremost is prevention by getting a good latch (again not always easy!!!)

  25. Had 5 kids heading on the 6th. Only things of these I used were pads, diapers, and nipple cream. Idk why all this other stuff is lol

  26. Can you link all? Did you ensure all were non-toxic and or organic or are these just items you were gifted or like? My sister is about to have her 3rd in 2.5 years. Hopefully he stays in until late January or Feb. due Feb 15. First child, son, 2 is now 23 months and absolutely the light of our eyes! My niece was born early and spent 8 days on earth. It was heartbreaking. We just had her 1st birthday and day she went to heaven. I really want to help my sister with the best postpartum cart and everything. I did the first time but so much more you learn! Especially on YouTube! And after 2 kids in 2.5 years and a 4 cm cyst on top..:she’s been through the wringer besides super sick though pregbancies. Please help. Willing to pay for lost. Thanks!

  27. This is wat they don’t tell you. Whooaaa

  28. Mom of 6 and you don’t need all that.

  29. Do you really need that much stuff???

  30. Why is the epsom salt on there?

  31. How much all this cost…must have been alot

  32. How do poor people deal with postpartum care… Do they just suffer.?? This world is insand

  33. When I gave birth to my daughter 43 years ago, none of these products were available! I’m glad we’ve come a long way! ❤❤❤

  34. I used the huge pads & showered a lot, lanolin & wool for the sore nipples, maxi breast compresses against leaking and… yeah that's it and everything went fine. The wool to protect the nipples was so so nice, I recommend
