  3. Misleading. Not much scientific evidence on this. Infact regular cardio has been proven to be effective in weight loss by improving insulin sensitivity.

  5. To anyone reading this. The only exercise that worked for my pcos body is theirs. I can see result from the 2nd day itself . It's that good. Other things that I do includes- drinking herbal tea, any one does the work, I do lemon waarm water,green tea , or tulsi greentea and triphala powder with warm water( triphala is said to make you lose weight but I have drank only this without exercise , it did not help in weight loss, but good for digestion) along with these I do not drink juice or tea or dairy. Skip sugar as much as possible, occasionally I take a small bite of sweets( eating even half rasgulla makes my body uncomfortable) and minimize junk food and eating homecooked food. I don't cut out carbs since rice is our staple food. But at night I try eating chapati. That's it.

  6. VERY true! BB was bad for pushing their workouts which burn you out so quickly! I can admit, I had this happen twice to me. The only way I've had success loosing 75 lbs is changing my lifestyle to be holistic and shifting foods out that did not align with my body. Getting off big pharma and aligned with nature. The weight then melted off, thank God.

  7. I just bought your app and I’m working on purchasing weights. Is it recommended to not ever exceed a certain weight for us?? I’m looking at a 5 to 20 lb set. Want to be sure I won’t have to upgrade to more weights in the future I want to get a complete set altogether. Hope that makes sense.

    Update: I bought 5-50lb so I’ll be sticking with that

  9. I have lost 13kg after got to know that I have PCOS now I'm better bt still sometimes I feel pain in lower abdomen specially 10-12 days before periods coz there are always small cysts in ovary🥲

  18. How can I bring my period back? Currently taking inositol, folic acid and coQ10, only been a month since taking is there anything else to add to the mix? Or is this enough? Thankyou x

  19. You can do cardio and hitt…just dont over kil itl and workout until you puke. If your sore, tired , nauseaus …do a lighter workout. If you feel well rested and energized do a harder workout. Listen to your body everyday. Most importantly …do a work out you enjoy but still challenges you.

  23. I train slowly because it's safer. I never considered stress differences.

From my experience the best things for weight loss are: CBD, Walking, Yoga, Vitamin C isolate, apple cider vinegar, SLEEP, and do exercise you enjoy if it's higher intensity; biking, swimming, dancing or Cleaning (yes cleaning burns 🔥 cals) so does cooking 🍳 😀. Pray for a healthy appetite(I'm serious) allow yourself treats (once and a while). And ik people don't smoke but get some nicotine gum it does something for appetite change. ❤
