I started listening to this 3 weeks ago & the change has been amazing. At first I felt a bit silly speaking these out loud, now I say them with confidence every morning. I feel a resistance in my head to accept that I'm worthy of any of these ideas and feelings. I saw myself getting persuaded by my heavier feelings to listen to that instead. Experiencing some sensation of being an imposter if I try to accept these ideas as my truth. I am going to keep trying to absorb and accept these ideas.
