This is a breakfast my husband and I eat almost every day 😋
Whether you have arthritis or not, food is a powerful way to reduce inflammation which in turn can improve your overall health.
⚠️ Please note: some people may be sensitive to certain food groups, such as nightshades, but not all are. If you know you are sensitive modify accordingly.
🫑 Bell peppers are considered an anti-inflammatory food because they contain nutrients and phytochemicals with natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The red ones tend to pack the most benefit
Avocado oil (olive oil can be a substitute) has the potential to reduce the risk for heart disease and stroke. It can also reduce certain inflammatory markers in your body.
🥦 Broccoli contains sulforaphane which is an antioxidant with tons of health benefits including counteracting inflammatory cells
🥚 Eggs can be a great source of protein and contain choline which can actually help with brain function
✳️ Other ingredients that go great with this meal and can be substitutes include: onions, asparagus and/or garlic. You could also add avocado on the side to incorporate healthy fats. Lots of options!

come cook an anti-inflammatory breakfast with me first add some avocado or olive oil to a pan then dice up a bell pepper of course teddy gets a taste too then add the bell pepper to the pan and start chopping up the broccoli I do like to cut off the heads of the broccoli and then give Teddy the stocks once the vegetables have been cooking for a few minutes you can start to add the eggs since David and I usually split this we typically use five eggs flip the eggs once they reach your desired temperature then you can get ready to serve it here's to your joints feeling good

Lost me with the eggs… This isn’t anti-inflammatory. & this is unsanitary with the dog eating out of your hand while cooking and even in the kitchen for that matter.
