SLEEP HYGIENE TIPS

hey guys this is Maria Suarez today we're going to go over some sleep hygiene techniques so to help your recovery from a workout for example Physical Therapy let's go over how you can make your sleep a little bit better so the first thing that you want to consider is turning off your phone turning off your TV and any electronic maybe an hour or two before planning on going to sleep okay um with that you also want to consider lowering your lighting dimming your lights um just making everything a little bit darker to get you a little bit more wound down the third thing thing is once you're in bed it's really helpful to have a fan on so think about white noise that really helps to like again decompress you and if you're feeling really stressed at the end of the day I would consider a brain dump so write down anything that's stressing you out that day and really just get your mind clear and ready to sleep
