this man is planning on living forever and this is his exercise regime to make that happen he does 45 to 60 minutes per day which may be less than you was expecting his goals are to build muscle maximize flexibility and increase V2 Max he warms up with the sled for 3 to 5 minutes there are many exercises you'd expect to see such as tricep extensions or bicep curls but there are some unique exercises such as reverse nordics or the couch stretch he keeps rest to a minimum in between each exercise to maximize intensity he ends with about 10 minutes of cardio to raise his heart rate to 130 to 140 beats per minute Brian acknowledges that there are people who are much better at exercising than he is but his workouts are specifically designed for Longevity if you want to know other ways Brian is avoiding death such as swapping blood with his son search for this video on YouTube

I watched his film , my daughter was with me , we both pissed ourselves when the reality struck that I was 10 years older than this man and my V02 max was way better , 1-33 -09 half marathon , sprints , cycling ,bodyweight, compound, eat healthy , also work out in all weathers in construction !!!! Soft times breed soft men , hard times breed tough men , resilience is formed thru discipline and smiling as you pull on the shoes for a 4-20 Am run before starting early shifts , needless to say when we discovered I was fitter me and my daughter finished laughing un controllably and flicked to something else more interesting ….. your not going to live forever mate , you are finate and you may need to buy a better oxygen mask 😜 obsessive compulsion won’t elongate your span .

  9. He also has his last meal at 11am. Consumes an ungodly amount of vitamins each day. Sits under a machine for most the day and barely goes outside. This guy might live longer or visibly reduce ageing appearance but he’s not living. I’d rather die at the natural age of 70-80 knowing I got to experience as much as life had to offer than live to 150-200 and sit inside a room everyday pumping myself with vitamins
