namaskar so many times we talk about eating healthy and having a healthy balanced diet which includes varieties of foods today let us see how walnuts are good for you in Hindi we call it aot these are brain shaped nuts and actually they are quite brain friendly they are good for heart patients because they help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and decrease blood pressure eating walnuts increases edipo necting hormones this hormone is responsible for controlling blood sugar level which keeps your hormonal levels in check walnuts are therefore good for conditions like PCOS polycystic ovary syndrome you must have seen many beauty products advertised how walnuts make one's skin glow all this is because of vitamin e and vitamin B5 in walnuts these vitamins help to tighten pores and brighten the skin by getting rid of tan and dark spots eating a few walnuts every day repairs your skin and keeps it healthy and soft now the question is how many walnuts you should eat in a day three to four walnuts per day are enough eating too many walnuts can lead to weight gain it can also cause Di because they are high in fibers and have high oil content those who are allergic to walnuts must avoid them one must include Walnut every day in daily diet person can just chew Walnut and have a glass of milk if you eat Walnuts along with your breakfast you will feel more energetic and also it would help regulating your blood pressure let me give you one recipe which has walnuts in that this is Walnut barley soup you will need 30 G walnuts 30 G barley which is soaked for 2 hours one roasted bell pepper one uh tomato py 1 cup chopped French bead half cup green peas half cup sweet corns and any spices according to your choice add oil and salt for your taste and garnish with some chopped coriander first roast the Walnut much until it turns light brown it will give you a fragrance also now blend roasted bell pepper along with walnuts Now set aside the Blended bell pepper Walnut and tomato py next Heat oil in a cooker add spices and vegetable and saute well add the soaked barley and salt and then pressure cook for 3 to four whistles now take another pan and add oil add the roasted Walnut and bell pepper mixture and mix well add the Bary mixture to the pan and let it boil garnish with chopped coriander and your soup is ready so you see Walnut can be taken raw or blend it to a recipe like this always eat healthy and live mindfully pushu may you be nourished namaskar
