time management is also a great way to manage your stress so by making sure that we have enough time to complete our workload or our daily chores or tasks it really makes sure that our stress levels are kept under control so making sure we have about 15 minutes to half an hour more than we feel like we need then with the extra time that we have over we should be planning sort of restful and stress-reducing activities such as mindfulness or reading a book or just taking five minutes out for ourselves take a couple of deep breaths just to help lower the stress
