Love this!
Everything you listed here, would cost me double or more in Germany. Didn't know food is so cheap in States.
It’s handy when all you eat is rabbit food
Almost nothing is healthy at Trader Joe’s. It’s just not.
Hmm sounds interesting
Love these videos❤
Good luck continuing this channel. I want to believe that its possible but i am SO discouraged about real life right now, I'm honestly crying while reading this. How the hell can we survive these prices….😢
As an American in California in a costly city family of 4 I spend about 200 a week rarely go out to eat so seems very accurate ❤
What about breakfast and lunch for the week
It is when your water was turned off, your power was turned off, and you are begging on the street. I meet a woman in this predicament. I don't care how she got there, just care that she is there. Pray for her situation to change please.
Ha ha ha in Washington that cart full of groceries would be $250 easy.
😮
Annnnnnnnd she went to expensive behind Trader Joe’s not Walmart 😂❤ love it!
20 meals for two people is 3 and 1/3 days’ worth of food. That comes out to roughly $495 a month, which is good relative to the times, but still so expensive 😩
That would be way more in my area but I live in Canada in a high cost of living area. Still great ideas
We don't have a Trader Joe’s here. I wish we did and I have a family to cook for making my bill higher than normal. 😭 Those meals look yummy.
I would be so healthy if I only had to cook for myself. I hate cooking now. HATE it. When someone expects you to cook every day for every meal you start to resent cooking.
Daaaaayuuuummmm okayyyy 💖😍🔥🔥🔥
While I love this, and think what you’re doing is amazing ❤, I also remember being in college 5-6 years ago and spending $55-60 on a month’s worth of groceries. Grocery inflation makes me so sad 😢 Nevertheless, these recipes look incredible!
I love this video.
I have recently seen one when a person was claiming that they barely can pay for their groceries because it was 160$, but they put in 3 huge boxes of sodas..,,
I love these but the problem is they’re usually always for single people and if I calculate it for my family it’s the price I’m already paying
Yeah but what about the protein?
These look delicious 😋
If ur depending on grains
Naw, grainfree is freedom
We need eggs, ruminant meats and daily—BOTH
I love raw A2 homemade kefiror yogurt (w/a 24 hr culture) too!
that cart would be $100+ where I live.
Yum. Just substitute the tofu for chicken and you've got some great meals!
GLUTEN-FREE & DAIRY-FREE!?!?!? Those are my cue words!!! Stupid food allergies cost a small fortune to avoid, but HALLELUJAH it REALLY CAN BE DONE CHEAPLY!!! I can now PROVE it to my husband, too!!! THANK YOU!!! YOU ARE A GOD SENT ANGEL!!! 😇 ❤
I thought that gourd was a big nose 😂
🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮
I need protein though. That makes it way more
Stay away from all processed foods. Buy the basic proteins/veg/fruit/starch foods that your great grandmother recognizes), & learn to cook at home. It really can’t be more healthy than that.
You can make delicious Spaghetti with a sauce of tinned mackarele (or sardine), onions, olive oil, mixed Italian dried herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer all ingredients in a pan and toss with the cooked spaghetti. Tastes like real Italian summer. Mackarele and olive oil has good omega 3 fats.
Thank you! Giving me ideas for next weeks meals. Do you have any recipes that are kid friendly?
