  23. hey guysss! my names lila and i am nottt feeling it rn. my friends are being rude, i keep forgetting to go on walks/drink water, i wanna lose weight, my mental health's down in the gutter – but!! im going to start making a change. starting today. i'm going to take the rest of the day to decompress and journal about what i should do tomorrow. heres my daily routine, workout plan, and meal plan im starting tmrw in case anyone wants it! <33
    6:00 AM: Wake up! 😀
    6:10 AM: Get up and brush my teeth! :3
    6:15 AM: Make a cup of black coffee or green tea
    6:30 AM: Make breakfast
    6:45 AM: Eat breakfast lol

    Breakfast options!
    ⦿ Chia seed pudding (YUM. Love this one!)
    You'll need…
    – 1 cup milk of your choice
    – 1 tsp of vanilla extract
    – 1/4 cup of chia seeds! 😀
    – a bit of salt
    – Preserves/jam (optional)
    – 1 tbsp of maple syrup, honey, or other sweetener
    Add them all to a bowl, mix until combined and a bit frothy. Then pour into containers and put them into the fridge overnight/for 8 hours – then good morning, here's your yummy breakfast! 😀

    ⦿ Bagel (my favorite)
    You'll need…
    – Lox (optional)
    -Heirloom tomato + capers (optional)
    – Cream cheese/butter
    – Bagel (everything bagel works best but any are fine <3)
    – Salt & pepper
    Toast bagel till golden brown, then immediately add cream cheese/butter. Then add a bit of salt & pepper and place the capers onto the cream cheese. Add the lox and heirloom tomato (recommended but optional). Sprinkle with some sesame seeds – then good morning, here's your yummy breakfast! 😀

    ⦿ Bacon w/ egg and carrot salad
    You'll need…
    – Bacon (Vegan/vegetarian or normal, i love both)
    – One egg
    – A pinch of salt and a dash of pepper! ^^
    – Two carrots
    – Feta cheese
    – Your choice of dressing
    – Two leaves of lettuce
    – Kalamata olives
    Put your stove on medium heat and then add the bacon. If microwaving, read this:
    Soft bacon: Microwave for 45 seconds per slice
    Medium bacon: Microwave for 1 minute per slice for crispy bacon, or 45 seconds per slice for soft bacon
    Thick-cut bacon: Microwave for 30-second bursts until it reaches your desired crispiness

    For stove, let bacon cook for about 5 minutes or until it is your desired texture. Let it sit on a plate for a moment to collect the grease (i recommend getting the grease from the pan to put in a jar as sometimes it can be used for a nice flavor in other dishes). Add egg to a pan on low heat and let it sit until you have your desired texture/heat. Remember to flip it if you want anything other than an over easy egg! Once fully cooked, put it on the plate with the bacon and add your salt and pepper. Add carrots to a bowl after rinsing and cutting them into small circles. You can also dice the carrots. Chop up the lettuce and rinse before adding to the bowl. Add feta cheese (optional though highly incouraged), crumbled. Mince the Kalamata olives and add to bowl. Plate, and then there you go! Breakfast :0

    ⁍ Sandwich! (Im guessing yall know how to make a sandwich so no recipe lol)
    ⁍ Salad of your choice
    ⁍ Mac n' cheese! (i use boxed mac n' cheese, i dont rlly like the homemade stuff so no recipe)

    Dinner options!
    • Mac n' cheese!
    • Chicken salad (love this one SO MUCH euuueueuehhr)
    You'll need…
    – Cut up FULLY COOKED chicken
    – Lettuce!
    – Dressing of your choice (with this one i love avocado ranch)
    – Sliced avocado
    – Salt & pepper
    – A bit of mayonnaise
    – Diced tomato
    – A dash of lemon juice
    Take your cut up chicken and put it into a large bowl. Wash the lettuce and cut it up- then add it to the bowl and mix it into the chicken. Add the mayo and lemon into a separate bowl and mix them together until fully combined. Add this to the big bowl. Add your dressing, tomatoes, and salt & pepper. Mix everything together until everything's got the dressing and mayo-lemon stuff on it, then add your sliced avocado and you're done! Here's your lunch, enjoy your hard work!

    – Green tea
    – Smoothie!!! (My fav smoothie: Chia seeds, hemp milk, strawberries, mangoes, banana, spinach, kale, blueberries, and greek yogurt)
    – Sparkling water (MY FAVORITE THING EVER EHEHEGGEE)
    – Olipop/Poppi! These are good sodas :3
    – Yerba mate! Keep in mind this is caffeinated
    – Water w/ cucumber and lemon
    – Iced limeade!

    – 6 lb. weight lifting (i gotta start small 😭)
