  15. Bitte nie die Chiasamen mit mixen. Die werden dadurch zerstört und erfüllen ihren eigentlichen Zweck nicht mehr. Am besten erst alles ohne Chiasamen vermixen und die Samen nur untermischen. Dann mindestens 20 alles Quellen lassen und es ist fertig 😊❤😊
