You can do this after any kind of workout, after sitting at your desk for a long time, in the morning or before you go to bed 🙂 there is no “wrong” timing here.
No Equipment needed. Just prepare a soft surface like a yoga mat or towel 🙂 .. and a wall haha.

Day 1: some pain in my back and between my shoulders afterwards, it felt quite challenging
Day 2: I did the back and shoulders stretch beforehand and this morning I used my massage gun between my shoulder blades. Quite a bit of soreness still but it feels nice to do the exercises anyway!
Day 3: I did some of the exercises in front of the tv but I didn’t do the whole video
Day 4: in the gym after my workout, felt a bit easier! The sitting is also hard because of hip tightness 🙈

Does this help with shoulder pain? I have this pain now 3 years from the time I breastfeed my baby in the wrong position all the might. And no, I never train arms and back.
