  4. Just started chair Yoga at the request of my chiropractor. I have minor cerebral palsy. I can't do all of the exercises you did in this video, but the ones I did do, I enjoyed focusing on breathing and relaxation.

I’m a caregiver so I’m on my feet a lot during the week a good amount of hours so my legs and back are hurting so it does help a lot so thanks
