Join me today for a 10 minute high intensity low impact HIIT workout to burn fat and get fit hi I'm Schellea and welcome to fabulous50s this HIIT workout has gotten me really really hot and my heart rate is up to here and it's just in 10 minutes we're going to do 40 seconds on of fast exercise and then we're going to have a 20 second rest and the goal with this is to have a high intensity workout so in the 40 seconds we work as hard as we can and then you're going to have a rest and it's only 10 minutes it's going to fly by i promise you I'm so excited let's get started raise your knee to your hand using your abdominal muscles to lift that knee keep your back straight and your arms held up high don't drop them and use the modified version on the right for a more gentle option great job have a rest walk on the spot if you can next up we're going to take our arms out wide strong arms and bring our leg back as we squeeze those glutes take it back hold and squeeze keep up the good work watch that clock it's only 40 seconds take a rest you can definitely feel that in your glutes next up we're going to work our abs and our arms take a wide stance hold your core in very very tight and start punching take this precious time to let go of your frustration release your fear and start seeing yourself as strong and capable that feels so much better next up we're going to work our abs our legs our glutes and our balance start with the left as you bring your knee up to your hand using your core muscles so keep the core engaged for this entire 40 seconds you've got this there'll be a rest at the end and choose the modified version on the right for a more low-impact option great job your heart rate now is where it needs to be for that fat burning so let's keep going do the very best we can we're going to change legs give it all we've got and challenge ourselves to get to the end without stopping your abs and your legs are going to be on fire so walk it out for 20 seconds and next up we're going to do runners starting on the left leg take your right leg back raise your heel tighten every single muscle in your body and run without moving your legs this is the perfect low impact exercise to work on our entire body focusing in on our abdominal muscles great effort don't you love burning calories without too much pain next up we're going to put the right leg forward the left leg back and do it all again tighten every muscle in your body see yourself as strong and powerful look at a single point of focus and go take a rest walk it out next up we're going to work on our entire body but focusing in on our side abs and we're going to twist from the hips keeping our core engaged make your arms very very strong focus punch and set your mind to a vision of the way that you want your life to be take a drink of water if you need it walk it out we've got 20 seconds next up we're going to do low impact star jumps we're almost at the end and remember to give it every single little bit of energy that you've got you've done so well your body's getting stronger your blood is filled with oxygen and we've got one more to go take your legs out wide and again use your hips to twist engage your core keep your back straight and extend your hand as far as it can go you are amazing how good do you feel let me know in the comments below what your heart rate is on a score from one to ten and if you enjoyed this video please give it a thumbs up and remember to subscribe to fabulous 50s and if you've still got some more energy which i know that you do choose this workout next it'll be less cardio and more focused in on the arms and if you're finished for the day choose a stretch from this playlist thank you so much for working out with me today you are amazing and i'll see you tomorrow
