14 Days Weight Loss Challenge – Home Workout Routine



0Are you ready to start losing weight at home in just 14 days? If so then this workout routine will help you achieve this goal.

This is a pretty intensive exercise program that you can do at home because you don't need dumbbells, weights or any other special equipment. Just your body weight!

This is a 2-week challenge which means you need to do this workout EVERYDAY for the next 14 days if you want to see good fat loss results.

Additionally, for even better results I recommend you pay attention to the food you eat. Follow these 2 simple nutrition rules:
1. Stay away from sugar 🍰🍫🍦🍭
2. Stay away from grains 🍪🍕🍞🍔

  1. Alhamdulillah i lost 3/4 kg in 15 days and I continued it for months gradually i increase the time of exercise and the repetition of exercise and just in 5 months i lose 19/20 kg. I also take care of my food. thank you for your video, yours channel exercise video is really very good and very worth it.

    in 2024
    i was 71 kgs and did this workout for 5-6 months and lost almost 15 kgs. and i stopped doing this for 8 moths and now i have gained 2-3 kgs. i tried searching for higher intensity but they were very exhausting and i gave up. this is by far the most perfect workout plan ive come across.

    if possible roberta can you please make another workout routine similar to this but having slightly higher intensity because now i dont want to just loose weight but also be stronger. thankyou!
