Natural remedies and traditional medicine have been around for centuries, each with its own unique approach to healing the body. While traditional medicine uses pharmaceuticals and other medical interventions to treat various illnesses, natural remedies use natural substances and techniques to promote overall health and wellness.

The question arises: are natural remedies better than traditional medicine? The answer is not a simple one, as both have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Natural remedies use herbs, plants, and other natural substances that have been used for centuries for their medicinal properties. These remedies are often free from harsh chemicals and side effects commonly associated with traditional medicines. They are often used to treat common ailments such as colds, headaches, and stomach issues.

Traditional medicine, on the other hand, uses a variety of medical interventions such as surgery, radiation therapy, and pharmaceuticals to treat various illnesses. These interventions have been developed over time and are often backed by extensive research and clinical trials.

While both natural remedies and traditional medicine have their place in the world of healthcare, it's important to note that they both have their limitations. Natural remedies may not be effective in treating more serious illnesses or conditions that require medical intervention, while traditional medicine may come with significant side effects and risks.

It's also worth noting that natural remedies and traditional medicine can often be used in conjunction with one another. For example, someone with chronic pain may use natural remedies such as acupuncture or herbal supplements alongside traditional pain medications.

Ultimately, the decision of whether to use natural remedies or traditional medicine should be based on individual needs and preferences. It's important to do research, consult with healthcare professionals, and make informed decisions about one's own healthcare.

In conclusion, natural remedies and traditional medicine both have their pros and cons. It's up to each individual to decide what approach to take when it comes to their own health and wellness. The most important thing is to prioritize self-care and make informed decisions about one's healthcare.

today's video topic is our natural remedies better than traditional medicine the debate between natural remedies and traditional medicine has been ongoing for years so in this video we will take a closer look at the pros and cons of each natural remedies have been used for centuries and are often seen as a more holistic approach to Health Care they typically involve using herbs plants and other natural ingredients to treat various conditions supporters of natural remedies argue that they are often safer gentler and have fewer side effects than traditional medicine for example many people turn to Natural Remedies like ginger or peppermint tea to alleviate nausea rather than taking medication that may have bad side effects additionally some natural remedies like lavender oil or chamomile tea can help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation without the risk of addiction that some prescription medications may carry however it's important to note that not all natural remedies are safe or effective some can interact negatively with prescription medications or even be toxic in high doses it's essential to do thorough research and consult with a doctor before trying any natural remedy on the other hand traditional medicine is based on scientific research and clinical trials and its Effectiveness has been well documented prescription medications vaccines and surgeries are often necessary to treat serious illnesses and injuries and can be life-saving traditional medicine also provides more targeted treatment for specific conditions for example antibiotics can effectively treat bacterial infections while insulin is necessary for managing diabetes while natural remedies may offer relief for certain symptoms they may not address the underlying cause of the condition it's also worth noting that traditional medicine has some drawbacks prescription medications can have unpleasant side effects and there is a risk of dependency or addiction with certain drugs Additionally the cost of traditional medicine can be very high making it difficult for some people to access necessary treatments so our natural remedies better than traditional medicine well both have their advantages and disadvantages and It ultimately depends on the individual and the specific situation for minor conditions or for maintaining overall health natural remedies can be a safe and effective option however for serious conditions or emergencies traditional medicine is often necessary it's also important to remember that natural remedies and traditional medicine do not have to be mutually exclusive in fact many doctors are beginning to adopt an integrative approach using both natural remedies and traditional medicine to provide the best possible care for their patients so whether you choose natural remedies traditional medicine or a combination of both it's very important to do your research and consult with doctors before making any decisions about your health thank you for watching our video please do not forget to like and share the video also please subscribe to the channel to stay updated on our latest videos

  1. Natural remedies excelent choose to star healthy 👍

  2. I have an excellent primary care physician and 3 physical therapists that work with me with my beliefs. This is good to hear. Thanks

  3. Medicine is the new religion. Prove me wrong.

  4. Actually "traditional medicine" should be called modern medicine! So much of the West has just become too stupid to learn herbal cures!!!

  5. You give doctors and traditional medicine far too much credit

  6. Mebendazole’s low cost is a double-edged sword, as the lack of expected profit might discourage funding from pharmaceutical companies seeking a return on investments

  7. um, natural IS traditional. Pharmaceutical meds are actually the alternative…

  8. What you call traditional medicines are experimental drugs at best , that can and often do kill

  9. For the sake of clarity, I am an amateur herbalist. Now having said that, like most, if not all, real herbalists, i view things in a continuum of treatments with allopathic medicine being the least desirable.
You pointed out that not all natural remedies are safe or effective and then you go on to list why. The reasons you gave are that some herbs can interact with medications negatively. While this is a fair assertion on the surface & I agree with it, it also relies on the statement, 'can interact with medications negatively'. If you do not take a prescription drug, there will be no interaction & therefore alleviate that worry.
You further go on to state that some natural remedies can be toxic in high doses. There are a number of problems with this assertion.
    A. Nearly all prescriptions are toxic in high doses compared to some herbs.
    B. Properly prepared herbal medicine will not be given in toxic level doses
    C. The statement does not mean the herbal treatment is ineffective only that some can be toxic in high doses.
    D. Herbs are not used by most real herbalists in the same manner allopathic medication is. Most use an energetic system of evaluating which is both accurate & treats the root cause not the symptom unlike the vast majority of allopathic medicines.

  10. Natural remedies are traditional medicines. Modern medicines of which you call traditional, came into existence via John D. Rockerfella. Prescription medications are the 3rd leading cause to death, they are constantly recalled, constantly reactive with each other, and usually lead to other problems. It’s time we ask ourselves how cancers and autoimmune diseases saw an influx after the creation of patented medicines. Another question, why should you consult a doctor? It is not their jobs to study medicine, in fact, many of them don’t know the side effects of their own medicine. A pharmacists knows medicine, a doctor learns disease through study.

  11. From my personal experience .. yes. Natural remedies are better. I’ve been experimenting with natural remedies for years and never had a single side effect .. well except that one time I took a little too much iodine.
But nothing like the time I was prescribed antibiotics for a throat infection. That screwed me so bad .

« While natural remedies may offer some relief for certain symptoms, they may not address the underlying cause of the condition »
    ..
In the natural health community, this is typically attributed to pharmaceutical medication which do nothing more than suppress symptoms. It’s literally in their name: suppressants, inhibitors, blockers … etc.
Where in contrast, natural remedies, which in many cases are simply highly nutritious food, addresses the underlying cause because it is fulfilling a nutritional deficiency someone was suffering from. The majority of people (especially Americans) are severely deficient in proper nutrition which leads to the many conditions we see today.
