Join me for a 15 minute CARDIO AEROBICS WORKOUT to blast through calories and get your sweat on. This is a STEADY STATE routine with 30 seconds per movement, and zero breaks. It's all standing (wrist friendly), with no jumping and no squats. We're really going to sweat and challenge our coordination today. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. what's up everyone we're about to do a 15 minute cardio aerobics workout to the beat of the music there are no squats and there is no jumping today but it's still super high intensity we'll have 30 seconds per move with no breaks so feel free to pause and grab a sip of water in your own time if needed today's routine is all about having fun so don't worry about perfection make it your own and let's get our sweat on as a reminder i will link my warm up and cool down videos in the description box down below so find a bit of space and let's get started [Music] all right let's get into it first up marches bring those arms up and down join in 30 seconds per move find some deep breaths as we start up our workouts [Music] [Applause] [Music] next up step touches take those feet nice and wide good reach and pull white elbows [Music] go down and up [Applause] [Music] let's add a twist [Music] [Applause] [Music] twist through those obliques [Music] [Applause] adding any drives [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] good really starting to bring some energy into it get those knees up [Applause] all right step touches swing those arms forward and back down up down up good stepping nice and wide adding an overhead punch [Music] good this next move is a little bit more challenging do the best you can we have step knee step step facing your left [Applause] [Music] good this workout is about having fun so don't worry if you don't get it perfect straight away worry about having fun and keeping that body moving [Music] step step step knee step step step knee good let's add some arms [Music] amazing work you guys let's go let's push through next up heel taps arms forward inside there's the beat [Music] arms next up bum kicks let's do it [Music] this is a great beat get into it feel it in your body good remembering to push yourself is up to you to get your sweat on today we can be here or we can be here [Music] knee drives [Music] already getting sweaty up in here if you do need to grab water at any point absolutely do that make this work out your own do what you can do what you need push forward good we're back to those wide taps pushing forward wide fingertips here here we go pushing up pushing down [Music] here we go into skips [Music] good you can keep it chill down here or take it up a notch pump those arms gotta pretend like you are holding the heaviest skipping rope you really need to work those arms to get it around nice good right arm punches forward you're shifting the weight forward and back good join me bring some energy into it yes you've got it strong punches forward [Music] we are sweaty today let me tell ya switch arms quick and sweaty workout making the most of our time today here we go quick feet facing forward swinging those arms front and back and front and back [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] here you are thinking oh no jumping today it'll be easy nope not easy whoa we are working but having fun step forward and back good [Music] [Applause] coming up single knee drive with that right knee [Music] reaching overhead holy cow you can do it let's do it as a team [Music] here we go topping out with that same leg stay here adding arms [Music] good we're gonna switch sides do those knee drives once again [Music] [Music] [Applause] wow this is challenging here we go with those top outs good start with the feet if you want add in those arms punches wanna give it all to you [Music] let me give it up to [Music] arms forward good catch your breath a little bit for this one [Music] take those feet wide we're going to pulse those arms down [Music] good we got to slow it down with some more controlled moves but you're gonna feel that burn through your shoulders [Music] good wide march feet are nice and wide arms are moving pick up those feet [Music] all right facing the side we're gonna do a big walk forward big walk back [Music] good let's travel a little bit more see how far you can go hamstring curl with the right leg [Music] [Applause] okay you're swinging that arm like we're going for a brisk walk [Music] good if you want to remix it at a fun challenge bend straight and straight good make sure we are kicking that thumb and not turning it into a knee drive work the hamstrings [Music] good other side [Applause] well i had a brain [Music] fart good if you want that challenge elbow arm straight final move facing front we have party arms impressed good let's take it up a notch you have 15 seconds left add energy into it moving side to side [Music] [Applause] you made it okay team that one was a challenge i'm super proud of you for making it through so if you got your sweat on then hit the like button subscribe to my channel and please comment below to let me know how it went for you and to put in requests for future workouts see you in the next one [Music] you
