25 Minute Full Body Kettlebell HIIT Workout (Strength Based)



We're back! Tap in with us for a 25 minute full body kettlebell workout that's fun, challenging, and versatile! This workout can be done with dual kettlebells or if you only have a single kettlebell. This workout has a 90 second interval that is split between 3 strength based movements per group. By the end of this workout, you'll feel like you got a nice with the sweat of a cardio workout!

Pro Tip: We recommend skimming through the video so that you are familiar with the format and each corresponding movement. You may want to use the same weight(s) or keep extra weights close for each group so that you have a smooth transition to the next exercise. Once you do this workout a few times, you'll flow through it a lot easier.

  1. I’ve been doing this exact workout 4-5 times per week, for the last 3 weeks with two 25lb kettlebells. I’ve already been feeling and seeing GREAT results. So today, I decided to increase the intensity with heavier kettlebells (35lbs) and I made it through 75% of the workout. I’ll stick with it, and soon I’ll be able to finish, but I just needed to say – Juice is an absolute beast for making it look so easy lol. Thanks for the great workouts.

  13. I have done this workout about 7 times now and I really love it! I am very overweight at the moment and this workout is challenging, but it is doable for me. I always feel satisfied after completing it, but man! My body was so sore after first 3 times like someone beat me up! 😂

  17. Hey juice&toya really enjoy your workouts. I have a couple questions. I’m combining short series of both Pilates and kettlebells. 20min or so of ea. should I do ur kettlebell first followed by Pilates or reverse?
    Also can’t do lunges cuz knee pains. Any suggestions for alternatives?

  18. These are so fun and effective! I’ve always been in very “good” shape, but didn’t know how to work my full body. Let alone in 20-30 minutes. I was just working isolated muscle groups one at a time before.

    After two months of these workouts, my back is the strongest it’s ever been. A few years of back pain from Office related work is gone and I’m looking all around. Put it on about 4 lbs of muscle, which is significant as I was at just 150 before starting.

    These workouts are super fun and you’ll get more done in a 20 to 30 minute kettlebell workout than just standard exercises.
