This is a great low impact workout for beginners and seniors! It’s fun and easy to follow. All you need is a small space and no equipment needed. Exercising at home can be challenging, but I hope this one makes you sweat and smile! I think you will enjoy the music, too. Enjoy!

  8. Hi Jenny – I live in UK and started doing your exercises during Covid. My husband had dementia and he did your exercises in our lounge and I worked out in our kitchen. He was pretty good and kept in time. Sadly he passed away a year ago and I decided recently to start your programmes again. Bringing back lovely memories for me – and keeping me fit. ❤

  9. The music is far too loud Jenny. Please reduce the volume. I have been doing your 20 & 25 minute videos and wanted to do longer but the volume in this video is too loud!

  11. Hi! I did your videos during Covid & I really enjoyed them. My hubby just had knee replacement surgery so I'm home nursing him. I rediscovered your videos & I'm enjoying your videos while trying to stay fit. BTW I'm 72 years old. 🙂

  12. Just finished this oldie. I am recovering from radiation for breast cancer and trying to gradually get back to working out. I am walking and rotating 30 minutes workout. My energy level is still not great but I am able to do some of these early workouts a few times a week. My immunity is low so the doctors want me to work. So thankful for these workouts you have given to us.

  20. Hi Jenny! I'm not sure if you're still making videos or not, but I sure hope so! I am a 52 year old dance teacher that let herself go! I taught dance or danced in a company my whole life. I stopped dancing and teaching just before covid and never got back into it. I gained so much weight, and my joints hurt! Today, I decided to get my health and weight back on track! I have surfed youtube for awhile now trying to find something that I enjoyed and inspired me. I found your videos! Today is my first day, but I plan on exploring more of your videos. Love your energy, enthusiasm, and music! Thank you! Btw, if anyone hasn't told you it's a chasse, ball change or in tap it's called a Lindy step.

  21. Hi! When I do some of the old videos like this one, i get interrupted by annoying videos, even though I am subscribed to your channel! Do you know why? I don't want to subscribe to youtube if I don't have to because I don't watch it often, just when I do your videos and I really like some of the older ones you made during the pandemic!   24. I started back in 2017 working out eith your videos. I was 63 then. I am now pushing 71 and decided to see if I could still keep up with you. While I am not as agile now, I still hung in there and completed the workout. I may not be able to do this every day, I still stretch and do some cardio. I just want to thank you for giving me the incentive to keep pushing myself.

  40. I have just recently found you and I have to tell you I love your workouts. I use to do high impact and bootcamp style workouts and due to health issues I am no longer able to do high impact. I love your low impact workouts. This workout in particular is currently my favourite. I love the moves, the add -no’s and the music and I find the 30 minute workouts the perfect length Keep them coming. ❤🇨🇦

  42. I'm 73 stared my dance career at age 9. I've had 4 hip surgeries and the last 4 yrs serious health issues. It's been a struggle. Besides ballet, I was also an aerobic/fitness instructor and q runner (12-13 miles every day). Struggling right now but this is the first fitness video that I actually enjoyed and was able to do. I appreciate the music and staying on beat, nice choreography and I was able to complete the entire program. Thank you. I feel like I have fond someone that I can enjoy working my way back to fitness.
