like the best of of Both [Music] Worlds hey guys welcome back to my channel I'm
Mayra from low carb love now most of you know I've lost over 100 lb by making healthier versions
of some of my some of my favorite foods so today um I took Starbucks as inspo right I used to
love their Macha latte I used to um love their Java Chip these are more like Frappuccinos so
I'm going to make the same version but we're going to make it high protein so kind of like a
protein smoothie but matcha we're going to do a Java Chip and then also a peanut butter one so
um I have everything laid out now if you don't have some of these ingredients you could just get
something that's like the closest to it but I will leave everything linked for you okay so I'm just
going to move everything to the side and I think I'm going to start with matcha I love matcha it's
one of my absolute favorites and um we're going to make it high protein low sugar this is weight loss
friendly and everything's clean so you don't have to feel guilty you don't have to feel worried
about like what you're putting into your body because guys I'm telling you once you start really
focusing on your gut this is like the way to go okay watching out for ingredients is definitely
the way okay so first things first a little unsweetened almond milk okay you can use your
milk of choice and we're going to do one scoop of protein so you know just use your favorite
protein powder so you're going to do a little bit of green tea and this one here is a
ceremonial grade but you can even get one that's specifically made for like baking it's a
little less expensive especially if you're adding in like honey and you're adding in other
ingredients I don't feel like you um need to do something that's that high quality
ceremonial grade is more for when you're like making a tea and you're just only
doing water but hey if you have it then use it of course a little sugar-free honey
we're going to do some ice make it like a frappe that and we're going to blend okay okay that's how easy it is to make a healthy Macha latte protein
smoothie o nice and thick consistency nourish your body enjoy
your drink this literally tastes like dessert I'm telling you and this is
completely optional but you can do a little Whip and to make it fancy W you do a little glass
STW and look at that looks so delicious matcha by far is my favorite but Java Chip if you like
a little bit of coffee if you like cocoa like chocolate that one's next that one's next okay so
the next one is our Java Chip which I absolutely love because I love coffee huge coffee drinker
if you are as well and you worry about your teeth getting stained um I keep my teeth really super
white um just by using these strips I use these strips by Lumin just grab them on Amazon they are
amazing they're super clean actually let me let me see if I if I have one here because these are
worth it I want to go grab these really quickly I just grabbed these on Amazon um they are made
with super clean ingredients you're literally not going to find any other strip on the market
that literally is made with coconut oil dead sea salt Sage oil lemon peel oil that's it so if you
worry about like what you put into your body or like what even like lotions or anything like that
same thing goes for like your toothpaste obviously whitening strips yeah they don't cost sensitivity
they're enamel safe peroxide free the whole nine and then of course toothpaste so equally

they're going to keep your teeth nice and white you could keep drinking all the coffee you want

now for this one it really depends on how much chocolate you really really like you know it's
all personal preference you can use a vanilla or you can use a chocolate right now I'm out of just
chocolate alone like the just chocolate flavor but I have chocolate peanut butter but I think that
it'll still go I think it'll still go so we're going to do the chocolate peanut butter if you
don't like that like super super strong chocolate taste then um you can stick to vanilla okay so
for the Java Chip we're going to start with almond milk I'm going have a little bit of all of these
um we're going to do our protein okay so the good thing about these is not only are they delicious
but they're also nourishing so they're going to be high in protein 25 g of protein okay it's going to
give us the kick with a coffee so this coffee is a functional coffee so it has like neut
tropics and it has uh collagen amino acids like the whole Shango okay and I'm just just
so I don't go overboard I'm going to do like a little heaping teaspoon of cacao this is um
Dutch process I love this one and then we're going to do some ice to make it like a frappe
and to sweeten it you can use Stevia you can use monk fruit you can use maple syrup um
honey sugar-free honey whatever just it's all personal preference okay and wait oh wait
chocolate chips OMG you guys I almost forgot the chocolate chips that go inside um so I'm
going to do some chocolate chips cuz you know the Java Chip when you're um drinking it you
can taste the little the little um chocolates and um these are sugar-free okay sugarfree
they'll be linked um down below for you as well Moment of Truth and top it with remember this is always
optional but I think it just makes it fun I'm going to top it with a little bit of whip finish
it off with a few chocolate chips right on top that look so fun like dessert that looks so
good right we have a homemade Starbucks inspired Java Chip protein smoothie all right so Grand
Finale peanut butter I don't know if you're a peanut butter lover like me but I'm obsessed
so we're going to do a little bit of milk to get that little boost of caffeine this morning
we are going to do some coffee as well trust me this tastes absolutely delicious so I know you're
probably like what no it goes um you can actually for this one you can use a chocolate if you like
like chocolate peanut butter but I'm going to do vanilla I feel like vanilla you could always use
it in anything you know okay and you can't have a peanut butter smoothie without peanut butter now
this is optional but I love cinnamon so a little dash of cinnamon you could sweeten it remember
with whatever you want so your sweetener of choice sometimes the protein powders are already like
sweet enough so you don't have to add anything but I want it to be nice and thick so we're adding
a good amount of ice and now we're going to blend all right guys here goes
this is what the one I'm probably probably going to eat today or drink
right now smells so good and peanut butter is just calling my name so
that remember optional but looks fun right and finish it with little peanut butter drizzle
you get almost like I don't know you just get like a treat while still nourishing your body
you know what I mean this one is literally just calling my name it has peanut butter dripping
it just looks so creamy so we have to try this one oh my gosh 10 out of 10 so delicious like the fact that this has 25 g
of protein actually has more because peanut butter has eight grams of protein so anyway loaded with
protein super low carb super clean ingredients all of the um the smoothies that we made today are
just really really good for you so whether you're trying to lose weight maybe maintain your weight
or even just trying to make healthier choices like you just like want to eat healthier guys
this is it right here it tastes phenomenal like dessert I'm telling you and you're nourishing

By the time “protein” is extracted from milk as whey protein, it is well dead. You need to use HEAT to extract proteins from anything, and HEAT KILLS PROTEIN! Just drink cows milk, you get the protein that way and you’re not eating trash sugary filled powders.
