  6. Idk i have to get through my pcod at any cause i am 16 yrs old rn!!! And i am overweight becoz of pcod..in this video i just completed round 1 and i couldn't do that lay down and stand up workout..its so hard..this is my second time doing HIIT workout last time i kept 45 minute workout i cried alot after just doing round 3 cause i couldn't do one exercise properly even now i am not doing perfectly..but still i am doing and continuing round 2 now yess i can do this…guys is it only me who can't do these perfectly.. barely i can do 5 times each exercise and just lose my breath!!!🙏🙏 Idk how can i lose my fat if i do like this

  7. To anyone who has been so insecure about your weight or ever get point out by the others, don't let them hurt your feelings. Instead of losing weight for them to regret for saying it to you, lose weight to think about the benefits and how it's going to help us in the next next years. And mostly don't give up. The most important thing is not about losing weight, it is about your mindset, if you think you can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!!

  12. For reference! I’m 21 years 5’4 155lbs, who workouts 6 days a week for 1hr atleast and I burned 190 calories doing this w/o any modifications!! Hope this helps anyone with a similar build!!
