exercise is one of the best things for your longevity and slowing down aging here are the four exercises you should always do to slow down aging number one sprinting being able to Sprint is a sign of Youth and old people lose their ability to run with age that's because you see a disproportionately larger loss of fast which muscle fibers during aging than you do with other muscle fibers so being able to Sprint is incredibly important in terms of maintaining physical fitness later in life number two back squats are mostly thought to be for powerlifters but overloading your spine and hips is the most effective way of increasing the bone density in your spine and femur bone but three pull-ups are one of the best exercises for upper body strength especially because you also have to be lower body weight if you aim to be able to do at least 10 pull-ups into your 70s then it means you're very fit and with good body composition and number four hollow body holds are a gymnastics exercise but they're amazing for strengthening your core and improving stability with a more stable core you'll have less back pain and you're able to execute other movements more safely follow for more

Disagree tbh. My easier list would be:
#1 goblet squat. I now favour these over every other squat variation. They are more practical. They torch your core in a real-world relevant movement pattern. They are easier to learn, safer to fail on, and can be drop set to holding the weight between legs if your core/arms give out. You can experiment more easily with wider stances here too which can result in a healthier-feeling in my hips. It's a lot more awkward to adjust like this with barbell exercises. I am a huge advocate for these now and I've only been doing them 2 months. They're so so good.
#2 walking/hiking. I didn't really think much of this until I did more of it recently. If you just pick a nice route with a decent incline if you push yourself your chest will burn like you've done sprints. There's the added benefit of it not feeling like a workout too so it can just be your "new hobby" which just so happens to be super good for you.
I think its true old people who are fit enough for doing pull ups are sure healthy but come on the truth is maby 90 % of elderly humans cant do one or maby barely 2or 3 let alone more 😅😮 but yea it would be great if it would be possible to do so

Isnt running bad for your knees though? That's what I heard, I may be wrong I don't know much about this that's why I'm googling it 😂
I used to do pull-ups a lot, now have golfers elbow at least in part due to this.

Don't forget push ups as it is being reviewed as a physical test for heart disease and cardiovascular disease. The more you can do in a given time period the less likely you develop heart disease.
