[Music] – hope you're having a great day I'm super excited for this video because I'm gonna be sharing with you five delicious smoothie recipes that are perfect for dinner time for those nights when you want to eat something lighter when you don't have time to cook dinner when you don't feel like cooking dinner and you still want to eat something nutritious and delicious I believe that eating healthy should be as convenient as grabbing a protein bar and that it can also be pleasurable as well these smoothies will help ground you relieve inflammation cleanse your stomach help you have good digestion and of course sleep better if you're excited for this video give it a thumbs up subscribe below it's free and I upload videos every single week for this recipe the first ingredient is gonna be half a banana and banana is rich in tryptophan that helps your brain naturally produce melatonin and magnesium as well if you're deficient in magnesium it can also lead to poor sleep half a cup of raw oats that are also rich in tryptophan and oats have slow digesting carbs that help your brain produce relaxing serotonin as well a little pinch of cinnamon that will help our digestion and will help curb any cravings for sweets a little pinch of sea salt that will add essential minerals to our smoothie and help balance out all of the flavors one cup of milk of choice in this case I'm using almond milk and finally one scoop of protein powder and I'm using organifi plant-based protein vanilla flavor which is absolutely delicious [Music] let's my first movie oh my gosh you guys it's so good this protein powder is still go to you guys seriously try it I highly recommend it [Music] all right let's try it oh my gosh it's so so so good and it's creamy from the coconut the banana gives it that perfect consistency the sweetness from the dates and you can't even taste the cauliflower I can taste the cinnamon the ginger and the salt just brings all the flavors together remember if you don't have coconut you can substitute it for more banana and if you don't want to add any banana just add more coconut all right so these are the ingredients for our next smoothie 3/4 cup strawberries frozen one cup of greens and I'm using these frozen greens that I had in the freezer the juice of half a lemon half an avocado a little pinch of sea salt and a teaspoon or more of the raw honey and raw honey is know to help you have deeper sleep if you don't have raw honey then use dates this is like a salad smoothie just because you're getting so many greens [Music] salad made into smoothie yummy let's try it so fresh and creamy from the avocado mm-hmm really really good the first ingredient for our next smoothie is one cup of frozen berries these are high in antioxidants low in sugar and also high in vitamin C two tablespoons of almond butter which is going to be our healthy fat what scoop of chocolate flavored protein and am using organifi plant-based protein if you want to try this protein you can get 20% off by using my code yovana I'll leave you guys the link in the description of this video and to sweeten it up one date 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt which is going to help balance out the flavors and also add essential minerals to our smoothies to blend 2 cups of milk of choice or water [Music] well it's so good the frozen berries with the almond butter and the chocolate protein that combination is so good if you want to make any of these smoothies protein-rich simply add a scoop of protein and that's it Cheers so next smoothie is going to be approximately two cups of mango and mango is rich in vitamin C and also fiber 1/4 cup of greens but if you want to add more it's perfectly fine 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds that are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and plant-based protein and fats optional a little pinch of cayenne powder and this helps your digestion and to blend a cup and a half [Music] [Applause] and the juice of half a lime [Music] it is ready the moment is here to try it [Music] well so fresh and the Cayenne adds that kick to it and if you don't have hemp seats you can substitute it for chia seeds or avocado Cheers all right fam so these are five delicious smoothies perfect for dinner time super easy to make full of nutrition and these smoothies will help you have a more restful good sleep you'll wake up with more energy your skin will be glowing and clearer you'll wake up with a better digestion and end up feeling amazing for the next day I want to know which one of these recipes you want to try so let me know in the comments below and if you make any of these smoothies upload it to instagram using the hashtag yovanna fam so that I can go see and like all of your creations I get super excited when you guys make my recipes I send you all a big hug lots of love and light and I will see you in the next video bye [Music]

i add guar gum pwdr and knox gelatin at end of mix with crushed ice to thicken it up very delicious…i put stevia in mine to sweeten up..
I looked at the protein powder via your link; does not give a complete list of ingredients; i tried pea protein once; it was disgusting; had to throw it out; my doberman garburator eater took a bite then spit it out; refused to eat her dinner no matter what i put on it.
Is there a substitute for protein powder ?
