join me today for a very gentle 
five minute daily stretch to begin take wide circles with 
your left arm to really work into that shoulder muscle continue on with 
an even flow for the next 40 seconds me bring your left arm down and change to the right take big wide circles with your arm warm 
up your shoulders and just enjoy the flow take a wide stance bend softly at the knees 
and twisting at the hips reach across the body stretching into that reach allow 
your body to unwind let go and flow bring your left arm above your head as you 
slide your right arm down the side of your leg and we're really stretching into the side of the 
body and these muscles that we're stretching into in our torso support our spine and protect us 
from injury so this is exactly why we stretch next up we're going to stretch into our pelvis 
with an anterior tilt where we stick our bottom out and then as you exhale bring your pelvis 
forward and think of this as stick your bottom out like donald duck and then you bring your 
pelvis forward like the pink panther and women can hold a lot of stiffness in the pelvis area 
it's where we hold our story so getting it moving back and forward donald duck pink panther try and 
do this throughout the day whenever you remember because it helps us become 
unstuck through movement of energy as you stretch into your side into those 
obliques try and go a little bit further than you did before keep your hips forward and 
you can try closing your eyes and imagining all of those muscles down the side of 
your body stretching and lengthening take a wide stance and gently sway 
from side to side leading with your quad muscle to protect your knees as 
you gently stretch into your lower body feet together and reach down and touch your toes 
bend at the knees if you need and then come up reach tall and down again thank your 
body for stretching along with you and the more that you stretch the more flexible 
you will become it just takes practice and the absence of stretching leads to 
muscle stiffness so keep it up every day
