This was a great workout video before you f** it up with too many ads Chris. I really liked it and did it for 10 times, but now it is not bearable anymore. One ad is fine, but 6 or 7 ads are terrible. Hope you don’t ruin your fantastic contents like this one is ruined.
Great workout. I’m wondering if you could make a program from completing three of the full body workouts on here and then one upper body a week. The progressively overload by repeating for three weeks, but upping the weight when possible?
