  6. I'd get rid of ALL animal products. Especially in this world. Arn't we told this? So, not just a vegetarian diet. Dairy isn't good either 🙂 Coconut oil is very good for you. Barbara O'neal even says this. Read the book Coconut Cures by: Bruce Fife, N.D

  19. I almost only eat organic pasture raised eggs and sockeye salmon for my meals, but not because I’m avoiding meat altogether. It’s because I really love eggs and sockeye/fish/seafood, and also because of their nutritional profiles. 2-3 times a year, I’ll eat beaf or chicken because I just can’t be a vegetarian, unless a word-class chef is the one making all my vegetarian meals.😂

  21. Let’s do the math- we die 24 hrs each day or getting closer to death each day, right? Exercise 3hrs you gain back 3 hrs. So, if you live 8 days you get closer to death 8 days, but you would gain back one day (24hrs) if you faithfully exercise 3 hrs a day every days in this case, 8 days. I think the most important thing is to live a happy and healthy life.   22. Excellent message. I respectfully disagree about pistachios being a healthy food. Pistachios Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio can not compare to healers like flaxseed and chia seed.
