for me I tend to wake up sometime around 6 a.m 6 30 and I write down the time in which I woke up the second thing I do after I wake up is I make a beeline for sunlight so getting outside for a 10 minute walk or a 15 minute walk is absolutely vital to mental and physical health we get back I purposely delay my caffeine intake to 90 minutes to 120 minutes after I wake up so for me I just drink water I also put a little bit of sea salt in the water and I also drink my athletic greens which is compatible with fasting so I don't eat anything until about 11 A.M or 12 noon next I would do a 90 minute bout of work and that's typically phone off and out of the room you'd be amazed how much you can get done in 90 minutes if you are focused after I finish I do some form of physical exercise for about an hour very last but certainly not least deliberate cold exposure and that's what I do each morning and I'm certain that these tools work

    •Wake up around 6-6:30 am
    •walk outside(with sunlight exposure)
    •hydrated with pinch of sea salt
    •90 min focused work with no phone
    •physical exercise
    •Cold shower

  14. These morning routines are so full of shit.

His morning routine is wake up at 6,then have a cup of salt water and then go out for sun bath, after that focus on 90mins work with phone off, then work out for one hour and last but not least have a cold shower. If I have my own place without disturb, i also want to keep the same routine, but I also bring disturb by other people, forcing me to wake up earlier, so I can have my routine without disturb

  17. For everyone who thinks they can't do it in the morning because of the work: just make it like a micro routine. Wake up 10 min earlier as usual, splash some cold water into your face, drink water and maybe you can walk 10 min more than normally to work. Or just do it after work. Still better than doing nothing.

  19. I wake up about 6:45, go to bathroom, brush my teeth and take a shower, get dressed, walk 35 minutes to work, make my coffee, attend a meeting and drink coffee, finish meeting, have breakfast.

  21. Lol I get up at 5:30 quick coffee and a few pushups and drive to work if I'm lucky the suns up by then lol work till 11:30 first meal then work till 3 by which time I'm exhausted then drive home do some chores and spend time with wife kids and pets then repeat lol

  23. This is good but not practical in today's lifestyle when you have to work every day from morning till evening. Would you please give a plan which much more suitable for our today's life?
