So I can eat “any” food, deficient in cholesterol, zinc, copper, magnesium, vitamin D, eat and drink with plastic utensils, inflammatory foods, drink alcohol, no Omega 3s and a lot of Omega 6s, my T will be as high as it can ever be if I eat my macros right, sleep well and live a healthy lifestyle… makes a lot of sense Dr. Always Right. But I guess that doesn’t matter when you’re enhanced

  3. testosterone is mostly determined by your blood. so certain foods for certain people CAN but wont work for everyone. E.g. for someone who is deficient in magnesium, a banana could help increase levels, however someone who is in a surplus of magnesium a banana wont do anything.

  7. I got bloods done and my test was 535. Then I started taking tongkat Ali out of interest and 6 weeks later my test was sitting at 849 which I thought was pretty insane considering that’s all I had changed.
