the holidays can be really hectic so I just want to remind you just breathe when you get overwhelmed just stop take a deep breath I'm a fan of having a breath I like to breathe in for four hold for seven breathe out for four but find some kind of breath method that works for you the very first job organizing job I had it was an entire decluttering and organizing of a house and I did the top floor and I got down to the pantry and had a brain fart so big Panter I'd ever seen it was 6 feet I walked in and I was overwhelmed and I didn't know what to do it's like IID lost everything I couldn't think so I just stopped took a couple deep breaths got myself centered and grounded and was able to move forward so whenever things get a little hectic remember all you have to do is breathe
