Energy Healing – Qi Healing You Can Learn in 5 Minutes

What is energy healing? Can you use it to heal yourself? Well, this is what Tekson Teo touches on in this video. He introduces a simple qi healing technique that you can learn in five minutes and immediately use to experience what energy healing is.

It is a simple tool, often described as “Playing Accordion.” You can base on it to use it to heal. Many qigong teachers like to use it to illustrate the presence of qi energy. Tekson experienced the wonders when he was with a qigong community Zhineng Qigong.

In general, qigong exercises are a form of energy healing. Through the exercise, you stimulate the flow of energy in your body so that it would clear blockages. It would boost your immune system and also increase your vitality. Through that, it strengthens your body to be able to overcome whatever challenges you face medically or mentally. So it is a handy tool for you to heal from whatever sicknesses you are experiencing. But not everybody practices qigong. Sometimes, you also want something that you can do when you are free, so this technique that I'm going to talk about will be very useful.

What is energy healing? Can you use it to
heal yourself? Well, this is what I'd like a touch on in this video, and I would also
like to introduce to you a very simple technique that you can use immediately to
experience what energy healing is. Now, in general, qigong exercises are a form of
energy healing and, you know, what you do is that you'd, through the exercise,
stimulate the flow of energy in your body, so that it would clear blockages, it would
boost your immune system, and also increase your vitality, and through that
it strengthen your body, so that you would be able to overcome whatever challenges
that you face medically or mentally, and so it is a very useful tool for you to
heal from whatever sicknesses that you are experiencing. But not everybody practices
qigong. Sometimes, you also want something that you can just do it, as and
when you are free, and so this technique that I'm going to talk about is going to
come in very, very useful. Now, let me just explain to you roughly what it is, so
that we will do it together in a while. It is something that many teachers will use
to illustrate the feeling of qi. They call it “accordion”, in the sense that you'd
just open and close, open and close. But we're going to do it slowly in a while.
This is a very effective healing tool. I experience the kind of marvels when I was
with a qigong community, which is known as Zhineng Qigong. Well, they'd group
hundreds, if not thousands of people to do this simple exercise together. And I know
that it is one of the ways that they help a lot of people to heal, sometimes very
serious illnesses such as cancer. Now let me explain to you what it is done. Then
we'd do it together. What you do is pretty straightforward. You just put your two
hands to be in front of you, and then you're as if playing accordion. Pull and
push, and pull and push. You may also imagine that you are opening a door and
close the door. Open sesame, close sesame. Now, when you are opening, or when
you're pulling, you feel as if the two hands … they are actually gluing
together, but you try to force them apart. And then, when you're pushing, it's as if
there's an energy ball in between the two palms, and then you push, but there's a
kind of resistance for the two palms to come together. All right, so then you feel a
mass of energy to be in front of you. If you feel it, then it shows that the energy is
actually working. And if you don't feel it, that's OK, because the energy still
would be moving. It's just that maybe you're not so sensitive to it. All right,
so let's do it together. Relax, raise two palms in front of you, pull … Push …
Pull … Push … When you are pulling, you are as if pulling the two palms that
are glued together apart, so you feel that they are actually gluing together, but you
slowly pull them away. Push … when you're pushing, you're as if pushing a
ball of qi energy. There's a resistance against your pushing against each other.
Push … It's as simple as that. But you just keep repeating, and you feel that
your body would warm up after a while, and that the energy actually moves more
actively in you and around you. For this exercise, you are not just working with
your own energy, because when you are pulling the energy, it's actually energy
outside you, which we may call … it's the energy of the universe. All right, so you
are actually working together … your own energy and the energy of the universe. So
it is quite a mass of energy that you are working on. All right, so you just do
that, and you can do it in any position. You can do it standing, you can do it
sitting. For people who are really sick, they may even lie down to do it. So it
doesn't matter your actual posture. What matters is that you would open, close,
open, close. You would allow the energy to move around, and, in fact, when you are
doing qigong exercise, basically it's just open and close; open and close. It's just
that you may do it in a different way: front, back; and up, down; or horizontally
… This is what we are doing right now, horizontally. But, basically when you are
doing qigong exercises, you are actually doing just to open and close and open and
close, and that's the reason, although this exercise is very simple, actually it
is already helping you to improve your qi energy flow with what you do when you are
performing a proper, complete qigong exercise. So don't underestimate the
effectiveness of this simple exercise. And, as I mentioned to you, I learned a
lot through a group known as Zhineng Qigong in using this technique, and what I
know is that some of them, in order to overcome some of the challenges that they
have, they actually do it not just five minutes, ten minutes, they do it for one
hour or two hours or even longer than that. They do it whenever they are free.
So well, this is a simple technique that I would like to introduce to you. You'd just
do it and experience it for yourself, not only to heal but also to experience what
qi energy is and how it can help you to improve your vitality and also to improve
your health. So this is what I have for you in this video. I hope you'll find it

    I got sick 18 months ago with lupus Nephritis and I want to get well enough to get back to practising acupuncture.

    1. How long must I practice it for Healing ? 45 minutes a day is enough? You said over 30 minutes but is it enough 45 minutes ?
    2. Can I practice it while Watching tv or we must be in a kind of meditative state for Chi to work as healing energy ?

    I found your teachings and wanted to reach out.

    I am a movement coach here in Scotland specialising in Original Strength (OS).

    Apart from giving me much greater control of myself, OS allowed me to be curious about all forms of movement.

    One of these is Qigong. In OS we focus a lot on how we breath. I started using Zhan Zhaung.

    I hope you don't mind if I have a couple of questions for you:

    If I practice Zhan Zhuang in the morning. I then teach during the day …. Is it ok to use your arm swinging movement AND your acordian technique (hands away and towards each other feeling the enemy between the hands) in the evenings?
