You can also hold a weight behind your head for the first exercise to get even more of a stretch.
Be careful of the prone W's if you have lower back pain. The first two are good for me though.

Thanks for helpful pointers I’m going to try doing this day and night man every time I lift my arms over my or head I hear crack or squat and Bend my back the only thing I could think of is I must be made out of Legos I can’t stand it.

How many times should i do this per week , can i do it daily?
One other simple thing while walking anywhere concentrate on keeping your chin to neck parallel to the ground
prone extensions are really painful when you do it probably bcs my extensors are so weak
