  20. Why does not being hunched back take more energy? I've noticed why I was always hunched because it felt more comfortable and more relaxing than putting in all the effort just to straighten it out.

  22. If you use a door, make sure you lean on the side swinging in! All your weight on a flimsy door lock could lead to a sudden stretch as you fall on the floor…..
