  21. So you say you do not know what happens to a person who is carnivore or keto for 10 or 20 years. You then conclude from your lack of knowledge that it is wrong. That's called jumping to a conclusion. Why would anybody value your advice?
    Here's a good challenge. Take a large group from the millions of people who suffer from autoimmune diseases, and cure them. Your plant-based diet will not do it. Carnivore cures autoimmune disease.
