  3. I’m working out every day for 3 hours sometimes in the summer because I’m a swimmer

  4. At least eat about 0-3 sugars. You need a balanced diet

  5. Is kinda hard cause I made homemade cinnamon rolls and they sooo good not only that they easy to bake

  6. Me who loves to bake- sees avoid suger… nah I'm only 116 pounds at 15 so.. just trying to strength train really but I need a food diet like protein

  9. To my knowledge(this is as far as I know)you can’t avoid sugar,when eating fruits,you still eat a type of sugar,called fructose,and you also need a specific amount of sugar(don’t eat straight sugar) each day to have good blood sugar

  10. me as someone who does this:
    -eats noodles 5 times a day
    -make chicken nuggets for myself 2 times a day
    -eats lots of veggies
    -drinks plain water a lot
    -too lazy
    -lay or sit on my bed all day
    I mean come on- I’m trying to improve (definitely) ✌🏻

  11. I am thingong only haing 2 chocolate a day (afternoon snack) (dessert)

  12. Don't avoid sugar. It is a very important thing for your body to fully process and stay healthy. Eating too much candy is bad but you need atleast a bit instead of NOTHING. especially if you are under weight but don't eat so so much sugar just a quite good amount!

  13. Don’t fruits have sugar in them?
