Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Today's home workout is a 5 minute lose belly fat blast. Yes, it is just five minutes long! But I can guarantee, you are going to feel the burn. I want you to do this for seven days in a row. That's all! Five minutes for seven days in a row, and I can guarantee, you're going to start to
see and feel results. Just like these girls! Now, of course you can do more than one round, if you want, you can do two. You can do three! Let me know in the comments down below, how you get on! No equipment needed. Let's feel that burn! Starting with the left leg hovering. The left
arm, down by the side. We're going to crunch across the body. Then reach to the ankle back. Great, from there, I want you to come into a full situp. Clap, then straighten out your leg. Change sides. Up we come, and lower. Great work. From there, up into sitting for me. Sitting high on those butt bones. You're going to roll back, really pull your stomach muscles in nice and tight. From there, across, and back down again. Keep going! Across and back down. Next up, is a Russian Twist. The knees come together. We're going to rotate side to side. If you want to make a harder, lift your legs up. Both hands, side to side. Great work. Down into lying. Place your hands in a diamond shape underneath the lower back. From there, you're going to lift the legs up.
Lower them down, as far as you can. Flutter kick, up and down, for eight. Then open and close for four. Keeping your legs there. You're going to drop one foot down and back up. Then lift and lower both legs. Great work. Flattening those legs down, we're now doing some reaches. All the way to the ankle. Really pulling your stomach muscles in tight. Working into the waist. Up into a plank for our last exercise. You're coming down onto your forearms. We're going to hip dip, then seesaw. So, we're here. We hip dip, then come forwards. You smashed it!   27. so i was doing this since August 23rd, writing this on August 31. I am talking 4K steps minimum everyday. High protein meals lunch and dinner with coffee as suppressants. My start was at 77.60kg, today I’m at 75.90kg. Yes the first few days are bad, and it’s good to choose other 5 min workouts to not get used to one workout, so I’m doing chloe tings full body fat burn. My starting waist is 31, let’s see how it goes?
