Please explain the difference between Transcendental Meditation and the mindfulness meditation that I practice. A genuine curiosity there's no joy in any comparison I'm simply wondering. After finding meditation my mind stays open to all the other practices. Thank you in advance

I have tried TM and other techniques–including hypnotic techniques. TM is much easier and more effective. And importantly, more natural and the benefits come right away. As a Vet, I think it should be made available for all!
