  5. I don't even think all of us guys need to workout literally EVERYDAY. It's totally okay to only go to the gym twice a week or to run on mondays and fridays and that's it. It's ok not to train everyday, cause life is so much more

  14. Can't recommend. This is a maintenance kind of workout schedule, as far muscle goes. Progress, if any, is gonna be very slow. Once a week is not enough for legs.
